Interesting notion but how does this make it a utility if its not used for fees and you transact without the need for the base token why do you need a token and why is this token a utility?

There are many ways to make profit except of fees. The fees, like Ethereum gas are often used to reward the miners and make the network stable. Also fees in all networks come in addition of the block reward that is the largest income source for miners. Ebakus seems to only have a mining reward and not additional income through fees.
