2 Years of bear market.. what to expect next

The longer the bear market and cumulative phase, the higher the profits will eventually be. Think about it, smart people buy now to sell at least in 10 times profit because now they risk investing in cryptocurrency, when situation around is not stable.

And smart people knows that buying right now is a proper timing. Those people that are into quick profits will never understand the chance that the market is giving to everybody.
We have surpassed a year long of bear market last 2018 and so what if this is still a bear market? bitcoin has been up so it can be said that it's not really that heavily bearish right now.

actually this depends on how we start and end an investment or trade carried out. when only holding market assets in 2017 until now and not selling because the value is down I think is the wrong choice. we must determine when we will sell assets even in losses, and we will not suffer in bad market conditions even though it's been 2 years we are waiting for a big move to repeat 2017. focus on the market and take the opportunity available even if only a little.

what is the reason the pump will occur? several times the decline that occurred in the market cause slow movements thereafter. need time to restore the market movement to be stable again.
strong pumps that occur may only be experienced by a few assets, not comprehensive on all assets on the market and active in trading.

And then can you try to calculate about how much token or coins that already reached 10 times profit right now? The long bear market doesn't give any guarantee how much profit you will receive that from your investment.
Market is not so easy to be prediction and the fact that even a big company can be shutdown caused by the worst situation that happened on the bearish trend.

I guess we don't have any ideas until when the altcoin can increase again. We could still hope that before bitcoin halving, the altcoin will increase or in the other scenario, the altcoin will increase after bitcoin halving. There are so many possibilities that could happen in the next year, and yet, we don't know the truth, but we could wait for that time to happen.

If you still believe that the altcoin will rise again, then you should prepare for a few months ago until now by buying many potential altcoins at the market. You will have a chance to make a bigger profit again when the big pump comes in the market. Until that time, we cannot do anything except buying the coins, so when the big pump comes, you are ready to sell your coin at a higher price.

just increase your patience buddy just keep collect and hold only a solid and reliable altcoin
such as ethereum, bnb, eos and litecoin
so, when the bull coming back, your money will grow,,

If you want the market to go all green then you need to build up the hype just like what happened in 2017 but when the hype is gone so does the bullish.
I see the altcoins to differ to each other in term of bearish and bullish as a good situation simply because they are showing independence unlike a year ago while the movement of alts simply affected by the more dominance coin like BTC and ETH.

Alts prices are plummeting down but doesnt mean that they would eventually die so easily.We are indeed seeing this very bearish market not only for 8 months but almost 2 years as far as i remember.After that 2017 bull run comes next with the bear ones.Now btc price is going back to 8k level on a very short span of time.If you do hold up some alts then you wont have any choice but to hold or you would consider on having average down or not. What to expect? Dont expect because it will just disrupt your investing patterns and this do proves out  that hoping too much will just stress you out.

well, although the price movement of cryptocurrency is not too good but there are still a few price movements that can provide benefits for you, so for trading do not let you be quiet, you must have a little capital remaining to trade so you can still have money to survive. I also know that there will be a halving bitcoin that will probably happen in 2020 where it will create surprises for holders or new bitcoin traders who have bought bitcoin at cheap prices.

The ones that have no use case will die sooner or latter. There is no logic not to. Those that have usecase will start gaining value when that happens.  Wen they gain value just because of stupid money entering it as it happeend in 2017, then it also loses value fast. Since stupid money is not loyal. Oh and if we have recesion next year, that will be a total bad news. There is no stupid money in recesion time.

First what do you mean by “2 years of bear market”? Is there such thing?

This is the problem if we are always living in 2017 and on even seen the goodness of crypto this past months


Let’s move on from the hype of 2017 and let’s focus on what we having these days in which the investors of last quarter of 2018 up to first quarter of 2019 are now celebrating the profit they’ve got and this is what we must be thankful now and not that every dump you’ll find reason to blame the market

I think we have seen majority of the Altcoins that doesn't offer any real life usage dying already. We are no longer in the altcoin hype like in 2017. Investors are getting wiser and intelligent today. So don't expect a similar hype or irrational buyers entering crypto sphere.

Trigger for a altcoin bull run? Wait for bitcoin first and then we can talk about altcoin bull run.

Regarding to what will happen in the future there's no one can conclude anything, all will still relied with speculative guess. This remaining time before the halving would give some hints to what possible directions the market will go, it's an emerging balance that can be created once Bitcoin being appreciate and received more adoptions. Alts will soon be able to catch up most of those real projects that have good fundamentals.

my guess if its run like previous chart so it will bull in 2021, you can see bitcoin chart from 2013.
but in this situation it will different in past cryptocurrency only a few and now the amount is too much.
so it can be fast bull or long time, depends on situation, usually in late year crypto wil show good/bad news

The future is still bright for all altcoin holders. Although it seems as altcoin season has passed but there are still hope. Not all altcoin will fade away, majority will keep flourishing once they are useful and beneficial to their community and investors

I don't think so, last year was really bear market, but this year the market has begun to recover so lucky those who bought alts earlier, anyway bull market has not yet to come so let's just buy more alts and wait the bullish market to happen.

I hope so, because many people have waited for the past 2 years to see prices return to the last ATH. and should the preparation for 2 years can make prices rise higher than before. and the good thing to come is that halving will occur and that's a plus value, price should be much higher than the previous bull.

I don't think that will happen this year. the market is still in a bad state to see a bull run. 2 years in not so good condition, I think the crypto market will get something new that can help a big adoption happen. We have not seen anything new for this year, although if there is growth in the near future is what everyone has been waiting for.
