No matter what happens with our market as long as Bitcoin is under $10,000, it is a good time for us to make an investment.
the probability for Bitcoin to surpass that level is high considering miners expenses to mine Bitcoin with its current difficulty, on the other hand if you are investing in altcoin right now.
it is very possible for you to get burned instead of making a profit because the market shows us an unending bear market for at least 5 years.
right now we are in the phase of cleaning the space, too much useless coins created these years and it hindered Bitcoin growth.

In my opinion anytime you can invest and most importantly you make a purchase when the selected coin is in a declining state, and hold to wait for the price of the coin you invest to rise.

For me personally buying altcoin and bitcoin when the price goes down is the right decision, but don't forget to observe and analyze what causes the price of the coin to decrease and if according to your observations that the coin can recover and increase then buying it when the price decreases is a decision right. And according to me personally, I will buy bitcoin and some altcoins for me to invest, because at the time of declining prices is an opportunity to be able to get greater profits.

Yes this is correct I think. Bitcoin will recover eventually since it in the top of the coin mafia right now. The other alts have a risk of losing.

For me personally buying altcoin and bitcoin when the price goes down is the right decision,

for btc yes since btc is only one but for alts ?you must be specific if what alts because alts have many kinds. you cant say invest in all alts because that will be expensive and that is totally a bad decision to make . you can just say invest in btc and eth because of them are always the perfect combination .

but don't forget to observe and analyze what causes the price of the coin to decrease

why would you bother to do that ?  its not already your job to analyze the price fall  . its already given that the price fall because somebody sells  , thats it  .

This truly the best and good time to invest in cryptocurrency as the OP presume but the crypto market investment is beyond the invest in the market when the price in crumbling which is why I disagree with what you said about buying an altcoin for 50% of the altcoin in the crypto market is just copy cat. Invest in BTC is the best option now.

I think it is better this way. ETH and BNB both, are the best in terms of alt and can recover from their loses. Bitcoin is the king of crypto, it will recover from any loss you put on it. Just make sure not to panic if any fluctuations happen in the market and remain your calm and you will be better.

Recent price movements have not really been a collapse. They are minor bumps compared to the ATHs of these coins. I wouldn't be concerned at all. These are merely bumps on the road back upwards. The bear market ended a while ago now, we have had a decent rise, and we are now building support to push onwards for the next rise. I think the signs are good, and there is no reason to panic.
As for whether to buy BTC or alts, difficult to say. I think maybe BTC still has some growth left to do before alts take over. Maybe once BTC is back over $10k, if it still has that high market dominance then it might be time to consider alts.

   This is the right time to consider buying Bitcoin and alt-coins. You said it yourself, Bitcoin is holding good and 10k is around the
corner, when Bitcoin get`s there some alt-coins will follow. Bitcoin was and will be the starter for all other alt-coins. If they will
rise in some time, this is the right moment for buying some of them at lower prices, better now at lower then to wait them to rise
and then to buy.

If its BTC then am good with that but investing in lower altcoin then I will be very careful with my choices considering the way market is these days I just not reliable and most devs can abandon project and that can affect you So i will just watch what am buying before anything else

remember altcoin i mean is altcoin which is in the top 10 in cmc.
