Everything is possible but it will depend  how  the Team  will manage  the project  from the  beginning. It all depends on what coins are you holding off and how much of supply you have and never get emotional attach to neither of them. 2019 was not a great year for altcoins and it might end badly that it had begin so lets wait patiently and see what will happen. If you have serious bags of altcoins bought before 2019 I'm sorry to say but you are in one of the worst scenarios as you bought them in full bull run migrating to full bear market.

I am emotionally attached to almost all the coins I hold,,, but is that not natural? I of course feel absolutely nothing for the coins I gambled on (as in,,, I just bought to purely speculate), but for Bitcoin, Litecoin and a few others I totally believed in them and support them as a user. That's rare although we all know Bitcoin started that way, you did not mention those coins, but right now it's hard to find coins like that, coins right now especially the ones are having a hard time with their volume, they are still waiting for that altcoin bull run but we don't when it come or will it ever come.

The possibility is still there but it is just not happening because we lack the interest of users, investors and traders to actually act upon all these new coins that are being released, and for the already existing projects, their volume is not growing because there is no much demands on them.

New coins are even the victim of daunted growth now, many start with low volume and are expected to keep increasing, but because of their low level of quality project that has been release, they ended up not getting interested community that will help them build the project further, and rather than the people seeing their adverts on the project to accept it, they will rather work with already existing cryptocurrency solution that are properly functioning very well like bitcoin.

Exit price from the trade is as important as the entry price in my opinion. The sharp rise can be a good point for this purpose but only some of the pump-dump traders buy back right after the settled dust on the price waves. It is always better to insure the profit while it is not too late. Buying back for the cheaper price will give a more quantity surely but there are other available options always.

This is crypto and everything is possible; you can see a project with low volume today doing well in the near future and also you can see a project doing well and all of a sudden the volume drops drastically. Also, from another point of view, you will see a project that just launched and then exit scam. From all these, it shows there are different categories of teams and in each case we should try our best to go for the right team.

Maybe it is not right to say not possible as we are in crypto world, by the way people must not invest on low cap coins for dreaming to be rich in a short way.
Yes, many people really made very good profit till end of the 2017, but after the bear market, we can not see same behaviors at alt coins.
Investing on alt coins which have low market cap includes high risk than TOP ranked coins. You can get high risk and you can gain high. Also, you can lose all your investment.
