It shows how many high-ranking accounts are just waiting to activate the moment there's a financial gain.

My version of the list here Updated list. I wanted to produce more stats on Merit per post, but unlike the ChipMixer applications, most users barely have anything to show for.

Its true that I am quite not active these days and not posting anything , But I'm spectating discretely here in the forum. It just I found the right campaign to regain my activeness here in the forum. If you see me spamming you can freely give me some negative trust. I can make quality post to build out my account again. Btw thank you for making this. I like to find out the shit poster here in the forum.

For reference,
I got some personal problem that is one of the factors I can't do some posting here in the forum.

So many "multilingual" accounts popping up, users switching from fluent English to Russian/Indonesian/Tagalog to broken English. This campaign surely brings out the best in people. /s

No worries! Your inactivity has nothing to do against your stay here but spamming may cause problems to your signatures.

I know that's got to come to no surprise to you--it sure as hell doesn't surprise me.  It isn't only the low-ranked garbage spammers who have lots of alt accounts, and when bitcoin is as high as it is (even with the recent drop), you know people are looking for opportunity.

I see nothing inherently wrong with that, except that I know what the general outcome is going to be.  Basically it'll be much like last time Yobit opened their campaign to hundreds of participants.  Some members will be able to write constructive posts (even with the financial incentive), while many others are going to abuse Yobit's horrendously low standards.  I'm hoping it'll be a bit better this time, but I'm not counting on it.

So many "multilingual" accounts popping up, users switching from fluent English to Russian/Indonesian/Tagalog to broken English. This campaign surely brings out the best in people. /s
And I'd love to know how many of them registered around October 2017.  Seems there was a huge influx of sig spammers coming out of that period of time, just when bitcoin was booming.  Lots of them got banned but many more remain.

I liked the list that you did , It is well organized. You even have a website for bitcointalk user's data.

I don't have to worry about my post , I know that it has some quality ,It's just have I came to a campaign that include a lot of spammers and shit posters. But i'll make more good quality post to have some merit, That can help the future of my bitcoin escapade.

Cryptotalk is paying people to spam bitcointalk? Sounds like forum wars.

I spotted few "one line" spammers but it seems some users have found a way to bypass "anti-spam" rules:

Experia
Bitkoyns
cozytrade

cca 20 posts ("bounty authentication") posted by each account in an hour and a half.

kSL              (ONE LINER POST)
scanderpot    (post from 2019 are one liner post)

I'll try finding other spammers and I will be adding them to this list.

Most of the accounts that have been inactive and just started being active after enrolling in the campaign are definitely alts or farmed accounts/spammers that were waiting for a campaign like this.

It's good that you put up this list. It will help to keep an eye on some irregularities.

BTC/USD had a heavily bearish day this Tuesday. Following an unexplained flash crash in its hashrate, its price tumbled down heavily. BTC/USD dropped from $9,691.45 to 8,534.80 going below $9,000 for the first time since June 2019. The price has since recovered to $8,645. The hourly breakdown shows us that the price was trending horizontally for a while before it dropped from $9,465 to $8,403 within two hours. The daily confluence detector shows us that there are no visible resistance levels, so further growth is expected.

How many posts do they have to do to get anything bear worthwhile pay in that shitty campaign?
I sometimes struggle to make the 25 posts required for the campaign I’m in.

I’d rather not be in a sig campaign than have to do 100 constructive posts just to get paid 0.02BTC per week or something.

Fuck that, it’s borderline slavery Cheesy

Yeah man. But the thing is that 0.02 * 4 = 0.08 BTC, and that’s ~$650 right now. I don’t know their situation since I don’t live there, but a quick google search shows Philippines minimum wage is $2053 per year (or $171 monthly). That means that you can make almost 4 times (and more when BTC price is up) by burst-shitposting 20 times a day (which is easy when you go from thread to thread making redundant posts, plagiarizing and/or repeating things that already have been said).

Now imagine having multiple accounts. Easy money, right? Way better than washing dishes or doing any other “low class” job.

(Disclaimer: I have nothing against Philippines people. I just used them as an example because I remember a lot of cases of people from Philippines spamming for money, and their wage seems to be low compared to 1st world countries. This absolutely isn’t the same for everyone. I know people that are HQ posters and great users from this same country).

Reported him as well, posting on my thread with plagiarism:

Cryptocurrency giveaway scams are nothing new. Fraudsters have been known in the past to impersonate the likes of Elon Musk or Vitalik Buterin to con unwitting victims. And now, just days after its launch, we are seeing crypto con artists impersonate Bitcoin futures platform Bakkt.

Con artists launched a fake website, bakktlaunch.com, earlier this week, according to a whois URL lookup. Seemingly to capitalize on the recent launch of the actual Bakkt futures which, after being in development for the last couple of years, launched earlier this week.

He is no longer being paid to post for them, I have him banned. I will create a list today with all the signature bans that take place.

Thanks for the list, and thanks to yahoo for helping to clean this mess up.

It shows how many high-ranking accounts are just waiting to activate the moment there's a financial gain.
I struggle to believe there are this many people just watching the forum waiting to spam it at a moments notice. Surely the majority of these accounts belong to a small number of farming/spamming rings?

Its true that I am quite not active these days and not posting anything , But I'm spectating discretely here in the forum. It just I found the right campaign to regain my activeness here in the forum.
I'm sorry, but I just don't buy this. Prior to today, you've only made a single post this year, but now suddenly you have hit 6 posts today (and no doubt will ramp up close to 20 posts/day fairly soon). You claim you've been watching the forum this whole time, but in all your watching, you've never once had a meaningful thought to contribute? You've never once had something constructive to add? But now you are getting paid you are suddenly filled with useful additions and comments? I have a feeling that by "spectating discretely" you mean "watching the Services board". I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong, but given the previous behavior of the Yobit campaign, combined with the 150 or so accounts listed by suchmoon which have gone from completely inactive to the most active posters on the forum in the last 24/48 hours, I'm afraid I'm not holding my breath.

I’d rather not be in a sig campaign than have to do 100 constructive posts just to get paid 0.02BTC per week or something.
What about 100 one line shitposts? There's no end to how many posts you can make when you don't care about being constructive or even on topic.

And I'd love to know how many of them registered around October 2017.  Seems there was a huge influx of sig spammers coming out of that period of time, just when bitcoin was booming.  Lots of them got banned but many more remain.
*Glances nervously at my registration date*

So now that yahoo is starting to ban participants and LoyceV has the official list I'll probably renew my list once more over the weekend and then lock the thread. It would be hard for me to track it with removals etc anyway.

Cool dude, keep going! Do I have anything to do with this shit?

This thread will serve as a list for showing who has been banned and why they have been banned in the Cryptotalk.org campaign. I know everyone wants to see the majority banned but let's be fair here a little. If user's aren't breaking any forum rules, aren't burstposting to be paid, aren't spamming, aren't scamming then don't report them to me just because you don't want to see the sig all over the forum.

I want people reporting users to me, but just be fair in your reports please.

I have access to ban users from the campaign but my ban powers do not make the person remove the signature. Users banned from the campaign will see they're not being credited and get the hint, otherwise point them here if they start making threads on the issue. They will see the reason they're banned.

Banned

FutureBitcoin - Copy/paste
ksl - Spamming 1 liner trash/incorrect sig code
Lucky7btc - spam/burstposting
zupdawg - spam/burstposting not wearing the personal text
HarHarHar9965 - spam/burstposting not wearing personal message text
