the team should further review these numbers. even if they claimed to be backed with real business, there's no assurance that they will constantly get their customers to maintain their value in the market. not all people can afford to have that kind of lifestyle even if it is not so much to many.
they should think of the longevity of this platform and be realistic with their goals!

The booking system is already live, but bookings can be made after October 2020. That's when the park is fully live.
We have made the website like an actual booking site, the way its going to be when everything is already in place.
It was also easier to explain our plans and ideas with the municipality.
We did a notification on the website, explaining that the park is not live yet.

The token represents a share in the profit. We had another (mining) ICO last year with a similar concept. About 2500 tokens with a value of 100 euro.
This is to cover fees during payouts. Having tokens with a value of a few cents, means that these investors will receive profits that is sometimes less than the actual tx fee.
One of the few mistakes that other projects make with a similar concept.
I can remember last year when we started the mining ICO, that people were complaining about the price of the token.

I believe we are the only in the chart that didn't exit scammed. We are still paying out dividends and the value of the token is still around 100 euro.

The ROI chart you are seeing is quite accurate.
However, it is divided in to 4 sections. The ROI really depends on the capacity over the whole year.
Getting 100% capacity over 365 days is impossible. Anything above 50% is possible, but we doubt it will ever happen in the next 2-3 years.
Looking at the amount of tourists in this region, 10-50% should be easily possible.

The team should further review these numbers. even if they claimed to be backed with real business, there's no assurance that they will constantly get their customers to maintain their value in the market. not all people can afford to have that kind of lifestyle even if it is not so much to many.

The Park is divided in to 3 sections.
Designed to operate in all four seasons.
Site E offers a Center Dome with a restaurant and a few small shopping stores. This site will focus on travelers with a higher budget.
Site F offers camping spots and cottages for travelers with a mid-tier budget.
Site G will focus on budget travelers, it is located along the 90 road. We are offering motel rooms, a local bar with shower facilities.

By the way, the prices on the website are in Swedish kronor. 1000kr is about 100 usd.

As far as I know, every business needs a different license. Even if you have a license for your company,
it does not mean you have a legal certificate in running the Voyager right? in my country, I need a different license whenever I want to run a business.
still trying to figure out, are you not being restricted by the Swedish government? because they have said,
Bitcoin is not money and can not be used as a form of payment.
and do you have any other team members in managing this project? or only that 3 peoples?

Hi Javi,

The exchange license runs through Altilly, which will be given later this month.
It is needed for the profit sharing from fiat to crypto and vice versa.

For Sweden it's a different story.
Bitcoin is not money, but it is treated as a currency.
As mentioned below the ROI calculator. For dividends, we will have to pay 25% tax. For the investor, this can be reclaimed depending on the country you live in.

For sharing profit in cryptocurrency, no other license is needed in Sweden for our concept, as long as we have a proper KYC/AML policy.

We are doing the same with our mining project and have been sharing dividends for a while with the same concept.
Our company had to shut down the business for 2 months during an investigation by a financial gov agency.
The result of the investigation was crystal clear and we could continue our business.

We have acquired the exchange in January 2019.

It's already listed over there.
Trading will be enabled in February 2020.

Took a second look and those glass igloos look pretty similar to Finnish place called Kakslauttanen. I've heard some good things about those from my friends who stayed there. Are they from the same manufacturer? I am assuming that you are using pics from their igloos as you don't have those yet.

Hi,

There will be a funding round in the near future from the municipality. That should cover at least the construction of a certain part of the park.
With or without an ICO, the park will be open on October 2020.

Without an ICO, the construction will slow us down though, especially on the heat utilization and solar farm.

Starting the marketing phase in January will allow us to get park visitors during the launch of the park.
Nothing is more embarrassing than going open, without any visitors or customers.

I do not know this exchange and volumes seem very low. Do you have any plans to get onto well known exchanges as this will be key for interest to people. People will want liquidity.

Can you prove that this project is supplying igloos from the place you said?
just to prove to be trusted by members here. And I need to admit that some designs about the igloos are still lacking, fix some features and I agree this is not a good.
