This is not a problem if alipay survives then altcoin can also survive, indeed in another sense altcoin can be survives or any other currency that has the same concept can be survive, I think here on which side the adoption will run. Survive or not is determined by the adoption of the community, bitcoin can survive alone but because of rapid growth and a high enough value cause weaknesses in the transaction. Then the generation of stable coins, they can s           end more transactions with a cheaper fee.

There is a reason why a certain coin could survive it is just because that coins serve for something special and has a place to stay in crypto.
Do we think that all altcoins could survive for this market competition? It surely not, cause not all of them are worthy to be trusted or a coin that serves good in the community. They are far from what Bitcoin does and to know also that most of them are worthless.

but if you rethink if until now there is only bitcoin as a digital currency it would be less attractive in my opinion coupled with a fairly high price to date. altcoin appearing to invest in crypto might be more interesting like the current competition between developers to attract people's attention to invest and buy their coins

Maybe it does not make a big difference to Bitcoin. A few million per day is too small for it. Looking at mass adoption as well, alipay itself can help in this regard, so they can do something without BTC. Besides, why should we take away its functionality? This payment system which will not make a big difference for BTC, can make a big difference for alipay. Altcoins should hold on to something to survive.

maybe what you have said is also true and will not but all are interrelated between the coins as a comparison even though many altcoins and other coins emerge the main guidelines in the price and fixed value of bitcoin in my opinion, but for the future no one can predict with certainty and the development of bitcoin affects other coins

It is up to the investor to hold the portfolio in altcoins or entirely in the single cryptocurrency. Affecting the decision of the altcoin investors will not ensure the higher profit/loss ratio, unfortunately. The altcoins carry a lot of risks and choosing the low-risk investments will give a low return on the investment in both long and short term periods. High risks mean more emotional and uncontrollable situations during another side of the expected market trend.

This could happen in the future once the regulator come up with a regulations that will favor all parties and if the government don't put too much pressure on them then they might accept Bitcoin as an other payment option on their platform. China is still denying Bitcoin but they are now on process of creating their crypto which means they knew that there are lot of benefits for having a digital coin like Bitcoin.

In my opinion this market is very easy to manipulate so there will be a lot of big fluctuations during this time. Even if you can make a good profit but your psychology is not stable, you will easily panic when the market has a sudden collapse. I think every investment decision needs to be carefully considered as the downtrend is still taking place so you will still face great risks.

I'm not sure what this market will look like in the next few years but I'm sure altcoins are not good for short-term investments because this year more than 95% of altcoins will be removed from this market.

I guess bitcoin will survived although he is alone, remember the history of the crypto in which bitcoin is just the only one cryptocurrency coin and there is no altcoins nor ripples back then and still bitcoin stand up and survive although it is alone. There is no such thing in this world that can survive alone.
Altcoins were created because it serves as other functions of bitcoin. It is created to fulfill the flaws of bitcoin.

Altcoins have different functions where bitcoin doesn't have. And vice versa. The demand for crypto cannot reach up to this point if bitcoin is the only crypto we have.

In terms of better tech and features bitcoin is no where better than many altcoins and when we are talking about futuristic upgrades on tech bitcoin is way in the back while some altcoins will surely do better but since bitcoin is the first of its kind this is why its the best choice for millions out there

What is happening on the cryptocurrency market today does not inspire confidence in any projects at all, and therefore, definitely only Bitcoin is the most profitable coin for long-term investments.  Although recently I have also been considering ethereum, since I believe that this coin will become a direct competitor to Bitcoin in the future.

It's true that altcoins are relevant,  but most are crappie. Adoption for altcoins will take a long time, so comparing them with Alipay and wepay is far fetched comparison since those ones are highly regulated. Decentralized nature of crypto makes it hard to gain widespread adoption and acceptance by government authorities. We just need a lot of patience when holding good altcoins anyway, thanks for the hope.

Those payment solutions are based on digital FIAT , which is stable and are regulated.
But altcoins are nor stable nor regulated , so your comparison is not actually valid and is not a good reasoning why to invest.

No one knows how the market will evolve. At the moment, bitcoin reigns, but it is not at all certain that it lasts. Who is on the internet from the beginning, knows that in the 90s the winning search engine was Altavista. Who remembers it?

It seems the caption and the content of the OP don't seem to correlate. Either way, bitcoin or any altcoin can easily be used as a potential replacement as method of payment for all forms of online transactions. The challenge has always being the high volatility on the crypto market  and the regulatory challenges that comes with it's application.
