The users will actually moderate the news by means of CALL token, the literal first of its ERC777 kind. ERC777, I guess this is really the first project I encountered to use ERC777. What is the main advantage of using this kind of token?
It addresses the security issues that were in ERC20 tokens by providing higher level of control for holders giving them the option to choose who to transact with.
Features user-authorized operators that facilitate automatic/ recurring payments (great for subscriptions).
It provides Dapp-friendly features that allow more data to flow between smart contracts cost-effectively and efficiently compared to ERC20 tokens, which is actually a true game-changer in the world of tokens. In our particular case, those that we’re having developed for various functions of our reward system and voting competitions will be able to communicate with each other nicely.
This one doesn't have to do with ERC777, but it's definitely worth noting: our blockchain dev was actually able to construct CALL's smart contract with the ERC644 protocol as well, which provides the capability of upgradeability without the need for a token swap. I think yet another game-changer in the world of tokens.

I do not think that the situation of 2017 will repeat. Now investors became much more experience and they will not make the mistakes of 2017.
I agree that old investors became much more experience that they were in 2017. But if cryptocurrency will become popular again a lot of new investors will come and make the same mistakes.
Scammers becomes more experience to. But because a lot of scams people lost trust to the cryptocurrency and many of them stopped to invest not to lose their money.
Very often scam projects look very serious. They have a strong advertising campaign and a lot of supporters and it is difficult to differ a scam project from a good one.
