If you are a risk taker then it doesn't matter whether it is a new exchange or a top exchange but if you are only talking about the return of investment then it will be best that you should invest in IEO's that were launch by trusted exchanges as the risk is low and you have big chances to gain a profit.

Not all the low prices will gain a momentum in the end, sometimes it will turn to dust therefore price is not a good basis if you like to invest.

In order to ascertain the prospects of a project, the investor must perform a personal study on the project. I cannot trust any new IEO listing on new exchange. For me, I have believed that "They've got nothing to offer". If an IEO really got potentials, they won't ever decide on listing their IEO on a crappy new exchanges. Well, I have come to believe that some projects may lack adequate funds. Hence listing their IEO on these new exchanges maybe inevitable for them.

No, for new exchanges, they don't care about the project, they will list IEO on their exchanges, they only care about money. That is what caused great losses to many new investors.
In the crypto market, without community and potential, you will be eliminated very quickly. so I never believe in new projects listed on small exchanges.

Very risky to follow IEO on the new Exchange although the project is good. IEO is successful because the community of the coin and market is crowded and there is clearly balanced demand and sales.

Some exchanges has the fee for IEO registration to the exchange which is really bad for the project and the investors, but good exchange like binance is different, they have qualified the projects that want to list on their exchange before they accepted and held an IEO. So be careful from some mock projects which paying some exchange to list their project into IEO on some paid exchanges.

Indeed, IEO in Exchange Binance is better than in other exchanges, but now there are no more IEO programs made in Exchange Binance, so people have to analyze IEO in other exchanges, at least which is almost as good as Exchange Binance.

IEOs which organized on a new exchange are risky. And that is why I suggest you do a very detailed research on both the exchange and the project before joining such an IEO. But after these researches, if you trust both the project and the exchange, you should consider joining the IEO.
