Back on topic, I think the best way to restrain from losses and more losses is to channel your hatred to make yourself stop gambling. It would work for a short period of time because soon the greed for making money will overcome the hatred and you will be playing again. But you would have saved some money in the process.

I have seen a lot of female gamblers. that is why i think before i depo and gamble . id say to my mind that what if i loose ? will i still recover my losses  ? instead i only use free money to gamble and limit the time that i depo or use my own hard cash  . i think ill only have the guts to depo my own cash when i have an extra money aside from the budget money that ill be using the whole weekend  . not just loss but a certain wins can also make you tempted to try again until you loose and you want recovery  .

Being greed especially in gambling plays a very big role because if you are a greedy gambler, chances of going out winning is close to zero (or maybe zero).

Discipline and self control are the 2 traits that a gambler must have in order to prevent situations like this to happen. It is not called persistent too but pure greediness trust me . If you are gambling online, the best thing to do is just deposit funds that you will be ok if you lose them all because chances of losing in gambling is higher but if you are gambling on a casino do the same as online gambling. That will not be a good idea to continue to play because they don't know when they will get the win. Even if a gambler wins the games, the passion for continuing to play will always there and still telling them to continue. That is why if you cannot control yourself, you will end with losing all of the money. We can make a target on how much profit we want to get, but still, if we are in the gambling games, it is too difficult to reach that target. That will not be a good idea to continue to play because they don't know when they will get the win. Even if a gambler wins the games, the passion for continuing to play will always there and still telling them to continue. That is why if you cannot control yourself, you will end with losing all of the money. We can make a target on how much profit we want to get, but still, if we are in the gambling games, it is too difficult to reach that target. You can reach your win target but only if you have big luck and that is a small chance to see you have big luck.

Putting a possible % of target profit on a certain amount of capital will do it and sticking with the capital limit that won't you go broke if you lose will do it. The limitation is the key to not going broke or to restrain yourself from spending more assets on playing gambling.

if you are into Gambling to win ,then theres no need to play different games because if luck is for you ,one game is enough to get the good amount of winnings

but if you are into enjoyment?then go around and play certain games you think will bring you happiness .

but both needs budget that is enough for us to lose,because if your plenty of money will spent then tomorrow family will starve?that's not the right way of playing for me
