Specially after the 5 month big candles we have around @13800, so that's a big retracement already. I can't imagine if the price of BTC touched 5k$ again, and it took time to get back to 10k$
and yesterday it had a decline in just a few hours and it made many people panic and sell their btc, but it's good when the dump happened yesterday because i could buy btc and wait for prices pump again

Bakkt rejected? You might be misinformed Bakkt already launched but the volume is terrible. Bakkt trading is being handled by ICE, i think its a company of NYSE.

The market is green again but bitcoin is still not showing up for its rise, and I think this green will not be long and will be red again after a few days, so right now bitcoin is still downtrending in the next few weeks.

It's all your personal decision dear whether to buy at dip or not, knowing that it can dip more and more or experience an uptrend. in my opinion no need to wait anymore. when you have money buy it immediately before the price will rise again. and the price of $ 7.5 I think it's quite low when compared to the previous price of $ 8.2

Felt disappointed with whats happening right now. I just received btc payment from a friend and forgot to convert to our local fiat. and the next day value is dropped. Though its an opportunity to buy at a lower price, but I am on wrong timing. I Hope it got lower and lower so that I can add more btc  for btc averaging.

Don't be disappointed, we always get to see this situation and you must be courageous as you stay on holding bitcoin. That's very unfortunate for you that you haven't sold it earlier but that would be a lesson for you. Whenever you receive payment and you need the cash already, sell it. But if you don't have any plan of selling it, keep it and hold it until you need the cash on hand. I don't wish for it to go lower, I want to see the recovery period.

It was about 8,200 USD last 20th of October 2019. This behavior of the market is very normal and we all aware of this kind of fluctuation in the market. As the prices of cryptocurrencies drop, it is indeed the best time to buy. But you should research more before you kick start your investment. Study and analyze the trend of the prices of your chosen coin. It is also wise to distribute your capital to various coins that you think are currently in the "strong" position in the market. in my opinion no one will know the next story about the price of bitcoin, but I agree with you that the current decline in the price of bitcoin is the right time to buy it. if the OP waits for the price to drop at $ 7k I think that's impossible, I believe after the current decline of bitcoin it won't last long and soon bitcoin will increase again at $ 8k.

But people are not doing it because they are either afraid that the price will still fall and wait for that opportunity. However, the price really looks attractive and it's hard to see bitcoin going into the lows $6k again. There will be support around $7k, if I have the funds today I will quickly buy as high as .1 BTC.

However, my hands are tied, I have lots of expenses to settle in the next coming months. It just my decision not to enter because I want to see the price going down, but I'm financially on a tight budget.

This has always been said many time. I could remember when it happened at the time of to plunge to $3000+. While it was moving down, there were words of encouragement that it is the tie for purchase, but a lot were disappointed. All of a sudden, there was a surge. The same might happen now, but we might not see the price as previous.

The price of bitcoin is currently at 7,450 $ and I think it has never fallen to 7,000 $. The Bitcoin price will stabilize at 7,300 $ to 7,500 $ and once the wall is broken down by bitcoin it will raise up to 8,000 $ by the month of October or in the first week of November.  But this is just a prediction and I'm just based on what I see in the bitcoin chart.

I also recommend buying when market prices fall. do not wait, what if the market goes up you will regret not buying bitcoin at a price of $ 7500. The point is you have to wait patiently for prices to go up to get double the profit.
