The price of ethereum is no still being manipulated. An update should bring great influence on its price. Nothing has been heard from the team pertaining the planned update, but when that comes, there will definitely be a growth much more that it had at the last ATH.

we will not be able to return to the previous ATH if the entire market does not begin to recover and even strong updates will not be able to help us with this.

I`m afraid that you will be disappointed if you wait for December to be clear on Eth price. They announced upgrade for January, when that happens eth will be in turbulent times, its something that every hardfork causes. We will see more volatility in that period, price can move in any direction. Consequences of the hardfork, it will take time for everything to be checked and rechecked, for upgrade to be accepted. What will happen with ethereum will have a big impact, don`t think anything else, and we need to give couple months for everything to settle down, after that we will see where eth is and where its going, until that we can just hope for the best.

It is all about being patient. Investing must comes with patience or else you will lose all of your investment because of lack of patience that will lead to making improper investment decision making. Ethereum is a good altcoin or cryptocurrency and it is still standing strong in the overall market ranking, the team are working hard to provide the best quality for the investors, so we should just hold and be patient.

Those options influenced the market seriously, and I think not just ethereum has affected by bitcoin price surges, but the entire cryptocurrency community. It can't be denied that ICO these days were getting too low in potential, many people find it disturbing and waste of time. Much more worst on some of other individuals tried to venture other project platforms, as it doesn't help solving the underlying problem.

the reason is because the market is still in a bearish condition, but since July until August the ETH movement in my opinion is pretty good,
and this good move I believe because the market has entered the bullish area, we can see the movement during the correction from September to October,
and finally yesterday when the BTC reversed the direction of the ETH price the FIAT pair tended to go up, even though the BTC pair tended to go down.

Eth is just playing safe on their progress but only those real crypto enthusiasts will noticed the changes in the upgrade of eth 2.0 Im still very confident with ethereum, people only basing their judgement on the price tag but never look on what changes on the inside. I guess that's why people left behind if market changes for the better.

I also like the movement of ETH right now. Well, many of the top altcoins are moving in a similar movement with Bitcoin. A long upward movement followed by a mild correction, not even halfway of their gain, and it looks to me that it will move upward once more. Right now, I am seeing a slight change of direction. This could be the sign that the correction is through and another round of rising will take over.

Ethereum has been at the top of altcoins since beginning. Even with its slow pace, no altcoin has been able to survive this long and grab as many investors as ethereum has. Some of the credit goes to bitcoin too as ethereum has remained the biggest rival of it and this brought some fame to ethereum. I am certain that bitcoin and ethereum will remain with us forever and keep on developing further.

I agree, Ethereum is a solid project since beginning. They become model to some emerging project. They have so many Dapps within the Ethereum core systems and applications ranging from retail, banking, rel estate, health and more. Ethereum raising bar and standard in the DLT projects and hopefully it can recover together with bitcoin.

Generally the prices of every coin is down even Bitcoin and as such ethereum isn't an exemption,once the market starts getting bullish and bitcoin starts taking the upward trend, then ethereum will slow and steadily follow suit. One of the reasons why I think ethereum fell was when investors became sceptical of investing in ICOs due to scam and most of these ICOs were built on Ethereum network. Gradually ethereum will recover.

According to my analysis because every bitcoin price drop, many of the investors in ETH panicked, so they sold his eth. But I believe towards the end of this year 2019 the price of ETH will again recover at least up to $1000, hopefully.
