Why are you involved with Crypto?

when I first entered the world of crypto, I didn't understand what crypto was. whether you can make money or not.
Then I was invited by my friend to join the bounty campaign and finally got a decent payment from the bounty. Most people join crypto because of reasons to earn extra income, and put aside the crypto technology function.
After a long time in the crypto world I realized how important this technology was because it could be implemented in all sectors. Crypto has become a lifestyle and a second source of income for me.

I am involved in Cryptocurrency because I can see crypto as a continuous learning platform. I am curious since there's still allot to discover despite of all the learnings that I already have. Basically, the updates concerning cryptocurries are addictive since whenever there would be a massive news, there's sure a good market profit if we know how the protocol would be. crypto trading is one of the things that I love in terms of crypto. In this case, it is not just the profit, but the excitement that I can experience when the market turns out to be in my favor.

I like the ideas of freedom and equality. This is exactly what is achieved through decentralization.

Our whole life since birth is very centralized, we are obliged to do certain things that we don’t want because the state or society says so.
We cannot live the lives we want because we do not have enough money that is concentrated in certain circles. If one is lucky to be born in more developed countries, and get more opportunities for a free choice of life, then others have no choice at all.
This is not fair.

Money is centralization. And in the form in which they exist now they provoke people to be slaves of systems than free people.

I was introduced to cryptocurrency in 2016 by a friend but I was not interested, but I was later introduced by another person in 2018 because i need a source of income, though I have not been really lucky in term of monetary incentives but I have been enjoying the technology.

initially I was able to be here thanks to my friend who told me that this is one of the technologies of the future (blockhain) and I still remember that he said (before it's too late it's time for you to take part here) starting from there and much later I am increasingly interested in exploring Blokchain technology and several other functions as well. I feel proud to be a part of this industry and my friends (not yet understood crypto) will be surprised to see that I have walked forward and some of my friends are still lagging behind.

Truly speaking I came to crypto industry to earn some extra bucks and bull run in late 2017 gave me many folds profit than my expectations. Although I could not retain all the profit and lost a good amount in next bear run but cryptocurrencies industry became one of my favorite option to invest. Currently blockchain is not popular among common people but once people will start understanding its power, cryptocurrencies may see a new high. Blockchain has made international transactions really easy.

Aside from monetary incentives in crypto, I rarely come across discussions pertaining to why the average enthusiast in crypto is involved with crypto. While the answer may be pretty straightforward, there are some outliers.

Crypto means much more than just monetary incentives, it's essentially a technical revolution that has involved the masses, something you and I can be apart of. Ultimately, that's probably one of my greatest interests for blockchain and crypto. Another big intrigue for me is the evolution of blockchain tech in itself. I've been around for quite sometime and have witnessed the evolution of cryptos, businesses, behaviors and attitudes.

These 2 factors, along with several others, are the reasons I continue to be involved on a community and business level with crypto. It's become a hobby, passion and business for me.

I consider my participation as a preparation for the future. We all know that there are a lot of assumption already that crypto is the future monetary system of the world. For me, if I wouldn't invest on crypto right now, I would miss out big time in the future so as a safety measure and to save myself from being broke in the future, I am investing and trading hard in crypto. I was able also to provide my necessities as I work here in crypto, in other words, I am earning while I am preparing for the future.

personally, I jumped into crypto because of curiosity!!  I am very interested and feel challenged by new things (I assume crypto is new because only a few percents of people on earth understand what crypto is), after going deeper into crypto I found a huge business opportunity.  I have the desire to make my own cryptocurrency.

I came for the money, but quickly realized that i need to learn a lot if i want to make money.
Then i found other altcoins, got chatting with their devs and everyone were super friendly. I learned a lot from them and got hooked for being responsible of my own money. And the interactivity with devs were nothing like i've ever seen. I could just go to the twitter and ask and people would teach. Now i am just hooked on the crypto news, drama, news and inventions are happening every day. This is just so cool.

I joined cryptocurrency because I lost trust in my country's fiat currency after it depreciated value massively back in 2015. I starter searching online for alternative to investing in the bank then came across a project that offers 50% ROI monthly which unknowing to me was a Ponzi scheme (had no idea on what Ponzi were back then). To attract cryptocurrency enthusiasts they offered 60% interest if you invested with them using bitcoin (The name of the project was MMM and it ended badly as all.ponzi scheme does). I was curious about the new currency called bitcoin, did some search immediately picked interest since it offered the opportunity to achieved financial freedom while enjoying total control of your wealth.

When I first encountered cryptocurrency, I was a students, so I didn't have the opportunity to give it my full attention only owned few bitcoins but later came back into the industry fully in 2017 (that's when i created my account on the forum to stay update with latest information). I joined bitcoin mainly because i was trying to escape the fraud call fiat currencies but more advantage has kept me in the industry.

I think most of us here have discovered cryptocurrency because we knew in the first place that we could generate money using the new technology and as time goes by our views have changed. As for me I feel so much freedom using cryptocurrency and I also feel that I am rich because I have my owned bank!
