Cryptocurrencies are not worth investing now a days. Most of the project either not able to reach hardcap or they are not successful after coming to an exchange. Values of most of the new project's coins is decreasing after their launch on an exchange then whey would investors invest their hard earned money in crypto projects. Scam projects are another reason for low money inflow in crypto market. There is something really needs to be done to boost crypto market. In my opinion, lots of IEO,ICO taking place every single day is also a big concern for survival of crypto market.

I am one of them. I'm converting half of my savings into crypto but I limit my investments into popular cryptos and IEOs from trusted exchanges. I resist selling for small price changes and haven't had a loss for last 6 months though the prices of crypto decreased in the time.

Majority of investors of 2017 fell victim from scam projects and some of them may have pull-out their investment since the project they invested is not generating any profit or to minimize their loss and I think its one of the reason why the marketcap drastically reduced.

in my opinion not all investors have left the market, some of them are still active and are still taking part in projects both ICO and IEO. if there are still projects that appear then there are still investors who take part in it as well. or maybe the lack of investor interest at this time due to many fraud projects in addition to the still bad market influence.

The situation of the cryptocurrency market this year is very worrying because it does not have the desired growth. Many people have stopped investing in cryptocurrencies altogether. There are many more beneficial investments for coughs.

as we know that in 2017 many ICO were successful (at least reached softcap) and of course the market cap was also very high at the time, so it proves that many people are interested to investing in cryptocurrency, but now where do these investors go? because now the market cap is down and many ICO or IEO are failing (not reaching softcap), are investors no longer interested to investing in cryptocurrency? if yes, where are they investing now? or is there a more profitable investment than investing in cryptocurrency for now?
When compared to 2017 it is very much different, in that year cryptocurrency was very profitable because the price of coins increased very high and then attracted a lot of people because people who are in cryptocurrency got a big profit and then started many people who were interested in it and where they are now, we can see a lot of unfavorable projects and a lot of falling coin prices that make investors get a lot of failures in investing, maybe now investors prefer to wait for the right time.

I think most of the investors in the early years are onto trading now since they can earn profit without waiting much time even though they could also lose some money in a blink. It has been two years since BTC went ATH and never get back again to that $19K rate so I guess they've done some research and learned their ways to become a good trader now to earn more what they've lost probably in the past.

Investors are not interested anymore to invest in crypto but because they are not profitable, IEO nor ICO now after their project listings crash and culminate the investor's disadvantage. There is no word hold and holding it with a long time it will make a bigger loss again. So investors are now deserted and do not mean not interested.

We are going to eventually get there but it is not going to be easy, governments are not going to accept that easily that bitcoin is used for all kind of transactions, for the time being they are not banning bitcoin because they think it is not really a threat to the system that they had put in place but when that changes you can be sure that things will change very rapidly, and that will be the greatest test for bitcoin because many companies and businesses are going to drop bitcoin as a form of payment and only the ones that really believe in it will keep using it.
I think anyone serious about business will accept as many forms of payment as they possibly can. After all we making money here. Turning customers down is retarded. Why even spend all that on advertising and losing customers when all you need to do is support new payment methods. The government can never ban or control bitcoin or any crypto. They cant even control things as they are. Bitcoin can already be used at many places all over the world especially online. Many large companies now accept it as payment and i think smaller companies will fall under its footsteps Governments can ban bitcoin they only need to change a few laws and they can do it very easily, what it is going to be a lot more complex is to try to enforce those laws, but you are missing my point, if at some point bitcoin is made illegal most people are going to get scared and are going to drop bitcoin as a form of payment that they accept because they are not going to want to break the law and only a few people are going to keep holding their bitcoin, but if bitcoin can get over that difficult period which I'm sure will come then bitcoin will become truly unstoppable.

If you have invested in good projects then definitely, you won’t be disappointed by digital coin market but with weak coins, things can turn out to be a little bit different. Investing half of your savings into crypto currencies was a very wise decision from you. Moreover, if you are not holding bitcoin at the moment then this coin should be invested in first. Bitcoin is the real game in digital currencies.

I think there are many contributing factors why most of the investors are gone, in 2018 when the crypto market was affected with longest bearish market season, Many investors or hodlers was affected by the decline of the most cryptocurrency prices "at the alarming rate" and it can directly translated to loses since most of those investors are just newbies in the crypto industry that's why most of them are gone. if they are still investing til' now i don't know. but for me the cryptocurrency was still attractive investment in terms of profit. but you need to gamble.

Investors will definitely be back, but not for ico this year, giving up seeing ico success that can only be counted on the fingers.
many interesting things outside of crypto at this time, including the movement of gold at the end of the year and also other potential stocks. for crypto, I only follow ieo on competent exchanges, avoiding exchanges like p2pb2b.

for 2 years ago precisely in 2018 and 2019 was a bad year in cryptocurency and very far compared to 2017 ago. Investor interest has now been lost because there have been many ICO projects that have lied to investors so that many investors no longer trust ICO / IEO at this time. and the fall of cryptocurency due to many scam projects. and hopefully in the coming years the scam project will no longer circulate in the world of cryptocurency, thereby returning investor confidence to re-invest in cryptocurency.

next year 2020 seems to be very interesting for us to look forward to how the project develops, maybe ICO / STOs will no longer be launched, and IEO will be more and more, or maybe there will be a new program again, we'll just wait

Ethereum tokens with real utility will have a greater scene in the crypto world. Of course all the projects that have no real value would probably just fade in time.

Maybe investors are not interested as of now maybe due to the reason that there are still no unique projects that caught their attention to get into investment because mostly based on what I have observed, most coins in the market just share the same features, some just add up their unique feature comparable to the first existing one in a sense that they just do a minimal manipulation or revision on how it will be used but the same aim on why that coin was created. Maybe also added by the fact that existence of scam projects results to traumatic experience on potential investors that is why they are laying low up to this moment of time because they might find cryptos to be not credible enough anymore these days. But I believe, sooner or later they will regain their trust on crypto and go start investing once again.

there really are a lot of bad projects that are forcing investors to stay away from investing. but now, even on large exchanges, IEOs are not doing very good projects. you see how many projects despite their early rise in price - fell as low as other projects that conducted IEO on small exchanges
