The feasible solution is to use chips balance and let the user choose which way it is affordable to request a withdrawal. ETH fees were over $2 a few weeks ago due to DEFI transactions, the same thing has happened for BTC transactions. Maybe it is time to use "chip balance" or adding an option to exchange altcoins which is faster and cheaper.

I got your point.  You will have to wait for the withdrawal fee to go down if you are hesitant to request if the price is too expensive for you.  And when it goes down and you want to continue, the value of the coin can go down as well.  We now know that there is a time when the transaction fee of BTC or ETH is high, so in such situations, other altcoins like XRP are needed to save.

This thing really pisses me off these days since the price of bitcoin is increasing every week.
Lets say I had deposited amount X and now bitcoin has raised 1.3x times but since we are gambling in dollars the raise in bitcoin's price doesn't make a difference here.
Now assume I made a profit of 1.3x times the amount I deposited but if I withdraw the amount I would basically get the same amount of bitcoins I deposited.
If there would be an option to play with Satoshis instead the amount of profits would be better than the dollars.

You look at the good side only which is when the price of bitcoin is increased significantly.
What if the opposite thing happen (bitcoin price drop down significantly)? Would you think the same thing?
Basically using $ give you better money management as you can control your gameplay easier without checking the bitcoin price all the time.
Of course its all about preferences, but adding the option to show the balance on the gameplay is a good suggestion so players can choose which one is better for them.

Some 3rd party game provider ( Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming for example ) has built in wager system with the lowest bet of 0.1/0.2 unit. So if the site uses bitcoin currency instead of usd / euro, lowest bet will show as 0.1 mbtc instead of 0.1 usd. That would be over $1 as the lowest minimum bet which is why alot of site opted to use usd / euro if they provide 3rd party slots in their site

Yeah, chip balance doesn't make all that much sense when it is not a real coin, but adding stuff like tron which is quite cheap could allow people to move their money in an out very easily, and people would be doing it both cheaper and faster at the same time. I am not saying let people gamble with it, that is the easy part, I am saying if I have btc in my roobet account and I want to get it out, I should be able to exchange it to tron and then move it out in tron currency and after I got it outside I can do whatever I want with it.

However tron is just an example, you can switch that with any real coin that is cheap and fast to move as well. I feel like ETH would be even enough, it is a bit much I know but it is still not that bad as of right now, today I handled another transaction and it took me like 2-3 minutes at most and it cost me 40 cents, that is not too bad.

AFAIK they only accept bitcoin and Ethereum at the moment, so you have no choice because both coins requires a high transaction in order your withdrawal to confirm faster.  The best way to do is to just keep your money in your balance and wait until all these will settle down so we will be back with a reasonable transaction fee.

Since the problem on high withdrawal fee occur when there is heavy traffic on mempool, I think roobet should implement and allow their users to input their desired transaction fee to process the withdrwal.
This is for the benefit of their users also, not all users does have lots of funds, some needs to withdraw for some reason.
And not all are okay for paying multiple dollars for a transaction fee.

Some site enable us to withdraw in different cryptocurrency even though we deposits in BTC, I wish Roobet can implement this kind of option since they actually converted the BTC deposit into USD.  It is always a good thing to have different option especially when BTC tx fee is quite high for a small players.

Unfortunately bitcoin fee situation is getting out of hand and meanwhile ETH is not doing that great neither, this is not about roobet or anything else. Just to give an example, today I wanted to buy a domain and some hosting, namecheap has crypto payment options so I said that would be easier since I could just use my crypto instead of giving any information. What happened?

Well, I had 38 dollars go down to 24 dollars between all the changes. How? I had some 38 dollars on some coin, deposited on some exchange, exchanged it to bitcoin (because there was no other pair) exchanged btc to eth, withdraw that eth to metamask, and used that metamask to pay for the costs. This all made my 38 dollars to drop to 24 dollars.

Obviously there are much easier methods if you want to, but just because there are loopholes around this doesn't change the fact that it shouldn't be this expensive. So, roobet is doing even better than most places let alone charge much, they are probably eating up some loss from withdrawals as well.
