Recently had created an account and did not find somehow the chat option. Like don’t we have the community chat where all users just participate in the chat? Also, if it’s not their then where does the rainbot takes place because have seen that happening in the chat only in other sites. I might be missing something here so require the assistance.

At the bottom right is the chat option and usually on most casinos its on right hand side so not sure where you looked for it and already Hampuz gave the screenshot for the chat button. One thing I can say about the chat, since we are talking about chat, is that roobet has one of the best and non-toxic community of players.

As what I can remember, there is no wagering requirements just be able to be eligible for rains. Email verification is the only thing needed. Im gonna check and verify it later but I'm quite sure there's no wagering requirements.

The bigger the bet, the bigger the bankroll reserve that must be prepared. This is very dangerous if in 10$ per spin if there is no big win we know in gambling only for an instant if you are not careful.
For me as much as possible it will be as low as possible to try and continue with hundreds of spins and it will take several hours to find a bigger multiplier so for me it would be a big mistake to only rely on bets over $10.
Of course, by examining it ourselves, we will find a point where to take this conclusion.

AFAIK, the $2000 is required on some gambling websites in order to be eligible for rain. As mentioned by forum members, verify the email and be active on chat for getting a reward on rain. Of course. Whatever you deposit and whatever you earn will be transacted through the same currency.
I mean we may need to change the deposit currency to Litecoin now since Roobet is offering to do so.

The fees is concern to those who are playing little low. Like for couple of hundred bucks $13 is huge cut which could be our profits after investing 50-100 USD.

This is just generalised idea though.

oh Great , I have just checked my account now after reading this post and yeah Now Litecoin(LTC) is already available . I  paused playing since second week of January and now here it is there are already 3rd currency added.

Casinos are adding other coins in bunches because of that transaction fee situation, the money that could be spent on the casino itself, goes to deposits and withdrawals which makes zero sense to me as well. Think about it, you are getting away from people who gamble under 100 bucks because those people can't even afford to play here because of the costs involved.

If you can manage to do it with like BNB or Doge or anything else, you are telling that 100 dollar guy that he could spend 98 dollar of his money gambling, but when you have only btc and/or ETH then you are telling him he could only gamble with 40 bucks of it as well, and since there are minimums and costs etc, dude could get in with 100 bucks which is a lot of money for some people like me and can't even get out after just 10 minutes of gambling. We can't control them but I think people will still looking for more when they think "what that's a huge fee compare to X and has fast execution compare to X" when in fact we should be thankful that after some time they enable Litecoin to be on their payment methods. By the way, I appreciate the effort by Roobet about this step and yes maybe in the near future more payment methods will be accepted here even some other payment networks including Visa or MasterCard, it's possible.
