Why would he ? Signature campaign manager is responsible for the campaign and payments to those who participate in the campaign. If any issue in payment of campaign, only then you can held the campaign manager responsible.

Right on point! As far as I remember, this will be the second time that roobet is running their sig campaign. Though the first one is short lived but it means they are pretty serious in doing business as they are now holding their second round of campaign. Campaign manager has no responsibility regarding payments within their casino but if for example, roobet will screw its customers, then the campaign manager has the prerogative to stop the promotion and clear things out. If he will continue to do the campaign even if he found out some wrongdoings, then it is the manager's reputation at stake also. However, knowing Hhampuz, he will do the right thing.

he has a point indeed! if a player has to wait for that duration, he might get out of your site and not return.
but that is only true for players who are just wanting to test your site at first.
 it is nice to see roobet to run another campaign.

That is weird. I think this is a problem on your end because the same page displays 'Enter our twitter giveaway : twitter.com/roobet/status/1191842958003167232?s=21' for me which is odd if you think about it.

The design and the UI are clearly unique(Purple style) when compared to other sites which is why everyone including me are appreciating it a lot. I guess you need to sign up or something to rectify your issue.
