Shoulda paid out $11,662 in roolette on the gold win. I got $2000 for it. Yes was a misclick and I wouldn't have bet that high, but the casino allowed the bet and should have to honor it.

It is clear that there is something wrong with the system of the game. Once a site has a maximum profit per bet, then the site should not allow players to bet with a higher expected profit than their max allowed profit per bet.
So the site needs to fix the system asap, it is just not fair for players IMO. The site allows bet amount with a possibility to win more than allowed max profit, if the bet is a lose then players will lose the whole amount but if the bet is a win then the player wont get the correct payout due to the max profit allowed per bet rule.

Players can no longer place a bet that pays out over max profit on Roulette and Dice - this will also be something we fix for crash, mines, and towers ideally by the End Of Day Today (I'll respond once this has been completed). We have listened to the community voice their opinion and have made/are finishing the requested adjustments.

You could launch a bug bounty program so that professionals could pentest your site and you wont encounter the same issue with yahoo or hire testers to do an topdown testing to find unknown bugs, there are times that server configuration could be exploited through default config. I've visited the site and the UI is good also the registration page is good i dont have to fill out a lot of things.

Roobet team already did their best to change the site behavior to suit our preference. I don't know which one has better claim though, since I'm not a whale, my maximum bet was $1

If the issue on the dice was a bug why the issue on the roolette game is not a bug while they are exactly the same? Both are the same because the games allows user to bet with a chance to win over the amount that they can pay. Although your max bet is $1 but it may happen to you as well if the bug does exist on all the games. There is a crash game where you can win more than $2000 with $1 if you hunt for high payout.

The dice bug was about the high multipliers one, not about the $2K maximum profit if I understand it correctly. So they have two issues:
(1) Incorrect payout in high multipliers for the dice game; and
(2) $2K maximum profit for all games.

The (1) is a bug, and (2) was the intended behavior. They tried to fix (1) and willing to change (2) to suit the community preference.

PS: I only tried to sum-up the debate for you guys. You are entitled to your own opinion.

You do not need add sir to present the case of Yahoo, his case is genuine and it might not be a bug per se but if the site allowed to wage a bet and if they are not willing to fulfill that then it is not the way it should be, if he lost that bet the company will keep the amount waged and since he won they are having many excuses and it is not the way things should be, if the site allowed those max bet when he played and won they are liable to pay and it is as simple as that.

Yahoo was aware that the max winning is 2000. Despite that he "misclicked" and put in 353 USD. Imagine if you knew beforehand that the site has a bug whereby it will accept the over bets as well as display the X36 winnings.  (Which yahoo knew). What stops you from deciding to throw in a bunch of calculated risks to "exploit" the bug ad then later claim to have been wronged??

While, everyone is calmly accepting his "misclick", Nobody is looking at Roobet's viewpoint that "He already knew this would happen". He also has a lot of leverage on the forum because of the Signature campaigns. Despite that, Roobet has paid out the 2000USD. Had there been a strategy to mitigate such exploits, they may as well have simply refunded the bet amount giving an error like, "Sorry, your bet above max amount was unaccceptable".

There is a lot of directions this can go. They have paid out the 2000USD. That should be enough. I don't think he deserves a bug bounty too considering that he was an "insider" to the bug.

Just randomly messing about on the site like the casual that Iam and testing games, found this game producing some pretty extreme odds.  Maybe I just stumbled along at the right time, kinda bonkers though ?



The game is called Crash btw, just captured the important part because speaking of giant payouts I figured this one could be relevant though I guessed much lower obviously.
  My personal best bet payout ever was 80 to 1 odds and that aint normal so this is beating that by a fair margin very fast.
