In this case we should have 37 coins, 18 of coins should be red, 16 of them should be silver and one coin should be gold. If so, the house would be:

HE(If the odds for gold is 36x)=1-((1/37)*36)=0.027

So, if there are 37 coins, the house edge is 2.7% while in a game with 15 coins, the house edge is 6.7%
I cannot understand why users should prefer 15 coins to 37 coins.

I do agree that 2% house edge is quite a lot but big part of gambling site do not even share this data. You can calculate them on dice or roulette but it is impossible on crash, slots and other similar games.

Thats not how its done. Look at Stake fully transparent and they still have all of these bonuses without need to deceive customers

I don't get people who support the increased house edge. You can't just tell people "we have increased the house edge but we will be giving you more rewards".

You don't know if people like that or not, you don't know if people prefer less house edge and no rewards or even less house edge and still same rewards because there are places that have Christmas giveaways and races and rewards but still keep it at 1% house edge.

Make people compete against each other for a prize if you have to but when you make the house edge anything above 1% (except blackjack maybe) then you are making people leave. I am not saying "everyone" will leave, but there will be people who will leave because of high house edge, we don't care about the rewards when we lose that much anyway.

Yap that's what is meant by instant deposit, means that you can play with your deposit without waiting any confirmations.
Indeed it is a bit risky of double spending, but I do think any sites offering instant deposit are aware about it and knows how to deal with it.
If there is no requirement mentioned on the email, I guess this instant deposit applies to all players without any requirements.

If we can somehow talk to person who decided to increase the house edge would be a good idea then maybe we can put some sense into him. But right now we just have a feedback about how horrible it is to increase the house edge just because there are give aways yet the only response we get is "customers love it". Well they don't, here we are as customers who used to play here and some of us even stopped since the house edge increased and telling you that no the customers don't like it but you are not willing to listen.

If you are happy with the house edge and the amount of customers left on the casino and you are willing to lose the customers who will leave because of it, then so be it, we will leave and find a casino with better house edge and you will keep entertaining the customers who are willing to play on a higher house edge.

The "honest" part of the casino has been in question for a while now.

I mean this house edge deal wasn't really "liked" by a lot of your customers here and there is no one coming here and talking about how awesome it is or how much they liked but there are tons of people who come here and talk about how not proper it is and how they disliked the new house edges that are so high yet for some reason you guys are keep saying many of your customers liked it.

Well, I hope you enjoy people outside of bitcointalk because as long as this continues there will be tons of us who will always focus on how high the house edge here and brigade the topic with this topic and that would make other people see a reason not to play here (why would they when there is much better house edge somewhere else). Me too. We have 6.7% house edge on roulette, 2,5% on dice - the most popular games. Then we have (~2,5%-3%) on bomb and (0% - 18%) on towers. I assume crash game has negative house edge to meet 2% average? Because if on crash game house edge is also around 5% then your average return to player is equal to 94-97% not 98%.
