Hi, @Philip Hope you both get well soon. Wednesday business day in China had long time passed for today (Wednesday) and no refunds have been processed nor any emails have been received on my end. The refund I am talking about is the $398 to BTC for the second batch of t17e that bitmain sold in sept 2019 Another email has been sent to Carol: Hi Carol,
My refund has not been received yet.
Could you help expedite this?
I do hope this will not hinder our collaboration going forward.

I have yet to receive my refund as well. Like others, the credit on my account was removed quite a while back and I no longer have any sort of official recognition that Bitmain owes me money, which I find a little disconcerting.
My guess is that, being long BTC, Bitmain is also likely bullish BTC and is delaying the repayments as long as possible. It can't be overly complicated to issue refunds automatically, or at least have someone in finance batch issue them relatively easily, so this delay citing year end rollovers appears slightly disingenuous.

a bit of a rushed post as I am heading out the door... Bitmain has completed my refund, I believe it has both refunds in one transaction, I have emailed for confirmation. T17e from September order has been updated, finally https://imgur.com/a/tzDyTU1Will edit post for better sense when back and/or when Bitmain reply on confirmation for refunds. Very good news. The bitmain refund process has been slow. My refund was due from Sept 27 to paid Dec 25. A lot of people have been helped by this thread. I got 1189 credit faster then the 140 btc refund But I was entitled to those amounts. I wrote many emails but it has worked out.

I had the opposite (not happy) recent experience: I put on an order, used coupon, then asked them to apply my credit. Got no response, order expired and now they are out of stock. If they don't respond in time about credit, then what's the point? Basically, I wasted a $175 coupon on this nonsense.

You keep emailing politely over and over and over. They will fill it. The exact same thing happened to me philipma1957 The exact same thing happened to buysolar In both cases they let us do the expired order. Send them an email and refer the this thread and this post. Ask them hey what about me. Ask them again and again polite. They can be silly slow but they have fixed things for many of us.

NO go. I was patient, I pointed to thread. Order cancelled (not re-opened, changed to cancelled from expired), coupon returned.
They have a very convoluted procedure instead of simply subtracting credit $$ automatically from order. Basically, if you are trying to pay in btc, they claim NOT to be able to subtract credit fast enough. I don't want to send wire. I will try to put order in the cart, then ask to subtract credit.

They went back and opened my cancelled order to allow me to pay the final 380 or so after the credit was applied . The unit just arrived 10 minutes ago I was coming to this thread to say they finally are fully squared up with me.
I ordered a S17 PRO.

@philipma1957, it seems that your experience was different. In my case, they cancelled the order, returned the coupon (EDIT: allegedly, as I don't see it) and told me to put a new order in USD (NOT btc) IF i wanted my credit to be counted. I guess, they make it up as they go.

Yes that is part of their game.
Eventually I wore them down and they used an expired btc order for a s17 pro.

Finally squared up my order. It took a while, but i was able to use both credit and a coupon, but will get T17+ (not original s17+) and one month later. Oh, well.
That said, I wonder if most people would just let January coupons expire.
