How can I get such-and-such coin listed on Poloniex?
Send an email to poloniex@gmail.com and tell us about your coin. There is no set of rules, but we like to see evidence of the developers' dedication to the project, community interest, and, more than anything, innovation. If your coin is truly innovative in some way, it is more or less guaranteed to be accepted by Poloniex. We do NOT list coins that use the image or name of an unconsenting celebrity or public figure.

All the pools seems to be stuck on block 115.
Is this a fork?
Pools have been getting DDOS'd, this has caused difficulty to go up and down dramatically. Everything is fine, there is no fork. After block 115 the next few should come in rather quickly. Around block 144 we should see difficulty start leveling out. We are working with several pool operators to better distribute the hash rate to avoid these problems in the future.

If we can get a P2Pool network going that would prevent the DDOS issues

That's what you get for trying to run this scam. I imagine there are many that have been around awhile that are sick of you scammers.

To prevent DDOS attack, we put the following rules. If you exceed them, you will be banned for 10 minutes. 2 requests of the same page in 2 seconds 5 requests of different pages in 5 seconds Thanks, Team multi-pool. eu

Our pool is safe from DDoS now. If some more miners can point your rigs to our pool we will jump to 116+. A win win situation for all of us. What you say about this Coin Dev (SiliconValleyCoin) ?

Already in the 115 block, 3 hours!
This is due to the DDOS attacks on the pools, as soon as it is solved the rest should be found rather quickly. XSV uses Kimoto Gravity Well for difficulty re-targeting. This initially bases the blocktime off an average of 144 blocks. Once there are more than 4000 blocks it will use the previous 4000 for an average. As time moves on you'll see it smooth out. The wild fluctuations in difficulty are just a by product of a tough difficulty re-targeting system, the DDOS on the pools, large network hashrate, and a maturing blocktime average.

http://xsv.multi-pool.eu/ Time Since Last Block 2 hours 49 minutes 18 seconds http://xsv.engineerspools.com/ No blocks http://xsv.leetpools.net/ Time Since Last Block 2 hours 53 minutes 46 seconds Too bad for the miners. What a waste of hashing for nothing.
