Bitcointalk Ranking-up pipeline- Those close to their next rank (lacking Merits)

I pushed blue Snow to Full Member status. He is the closest I can help in the list.

We know that to become a full member we need 120 activities and 100 merits. blue Snow has just met one of the conditions. He needs 50 more activities to become a full member. Undoubtedly blue Snow is a good poster and he achieved 100 merits very quickly.
@TravelMug You have the mindset to help others and i appreciate it.

I am also pushed Spray. to Full member status.

Yes I know that he needs additional activity to became a Full Member status, but it will come eventually. I also carefully review which account to help so yeah, undoubtedly blue Snow is a good poster. I help others as others have help me move in ranks in three months, and that's why I'm just returning favour to those who deserves to rank up.

It seems fair for quality posters to get higher rankings and merit. The merit system has improved the mindset of most forum members to continue to improve the quality of their posts if they want to get ranked. The merit system must be two-way, give and take, but of course on quality posts without the need to pay attention to poster rank.

I agree that Blue Snow is a user who has good post quality so far, he has the right to get a rating for what he has done.

blue Snow only needs few activities before he will rank up. He has a good shot in the forum. Most of the newbies who has knowledge in technicalities easily adapt the forum. I might not be enough to but seeing my name on the watchlists seem to be amazing. I feel like I am gradually seeing in this forum. I am not a ghost anymore. Haha.

Updated the lists in the OP (and subsequent post) to reflect the forum members that still qualify in each of those lists.

Currently, on those lists there are, lacking <= 20% merits to rank-up (activity may not be met though):

-   43 Heroes (on their way to Legendries)
-   48 Sr. Members (on their way to Heroes)
-   44 Full Members (on their way to Sr. Members)
-   45 Members (on their way to Full Members)
-   197 Jr. Members (on their way to Members)
