Questions for New Altcoins

I have seen many reviews about the current new altcoins. Most of them are marked as worse coins with cheap prices, while the rest coins are indicated as scams or shit-coins. I rarely saw people stated that new altcoins are worth for investment or trading nowadays. However, new altcoins are always born from ICO, STO or IEO every month.

So, my questions are
1. Why there are still investors in the new altcoins project? For what they invest if they know new altcoins are only about risks and losses?
2. Who are those developers that always create new altcoins projects? Don't they know that most new projects just ended with failure?

It is true that most of the new projects ends up with just the dev team who profit a lot compare to the losses of most investors. The projects also do not last long normally. But, even with this sea of copycat projects, there are still unique gems around that inspires the interest of the investors, making them hope more for this industry.

why are there still investors in new projects? I think because they want to get a big profit in a fast time. because we know the price of the token before entering the exchange is quite cheap and the investor will sell the token after the token has successfully entered the exchange and has increased.
and why are there always developers who create new projects? of course because they want to make a profit. they make a new project and then when they get an investor and manage to raise some money they will run away and leave the project. only experienced and trusted developers can expand the project to the end.

All I know is these new developers will keep making new projects because Cryptocurrency is a new industry and a young technology, the market is still open for all and every community and industry can create their own token and adopt the technology, so it's a hit or miss to the industry.

By the way create coin and tokens really different. That is why a lot of project nowadays fulfilled with a lot of tokens. I am not say create token is easy because i can't create it. But only need to pay some money and then you can get your own token. And then make whitepaper, roadmap, good ANN, and start ICO. I have seen someone who don't have money even to pay for ads, but want to start ICO, and now he is back to be bounty hunter again.

For your first question, investment means putting down your funds as capital in expectation of more money
In new altcoin project; there are indeed losses; but there are more gains

You gain a lot if you do the right thing (dyor) before investing.

Secondly; it’s hard to identify a developer publicly; it could be you or more trying to make something new or old projects modernized

Don’t forget that it’s very easy to create a token and a whitepaper

It's not about as long as they can but the correct statement should be as long as their money still there and enough to be used to continue the development progress.
there is not reason for project to say fail if that has already raised multi millions dollars from the investors. The skill full developer can do that even with small money.

everyone who connected with cryptocurrency is at very high risk. investors/creators and even scam projects. we are in a very risky market and in order to reduce our risks we need to apply risk management and always adhere to it. The most important thing is not to invest in cryptocurrency more than you are ready to lose

Because they want to get rich quick and people are greedy enough to risk their investments in order to earn more profits.
There are only a few people who actually believe in a project and then make an investment. The rest just blindly invest in the hype created by the others.

You can find thousands of developers out there who are ready to develop whatever you say them to, as long as they are getting paid their cut.
Anybody can hire a developer to build a product and then sell it in the market and get back the money they invested in the developer.

The potential reward is high for the developers, the low reward is out of the discussion at this point. The deceived investors and bounty participants usually complain about the problems related to the market conditions but the developers don't have the power to intervene in the market orders. The risks always are actual nevertheless the market situation but the risk management is not the same in all crypto projects.

I also believe that there are projects that estimate risk when building the project, and each project has a different management and therefore there are projects that succeed and also do not. and the level of project success can also be measured actually by looking for possibilities that occur when doing research with the invested project

In coinmarketcap everyday new coin is listing even many times more coin in one day when you are about new coin those were from ICO, IEO or STO. They are taking risk because new coin has the best chance to pump. Those developers also create new coin for earn profit.

But that chance was only in the past now we all know and even developers know that new coins do not get enough investors and cannot be pumped on exchanges like the previous year coins. The developers are creating new coins only in the hope to grab someones money for their useless project.

Some of these investors are whales that's exploring new coins that they can pump and dump when it hit the exchanges, they have the funds and the resources, and there are developers who are good at creating new projects because there is money to be made on new projects, because there will always newbies that will invest on these kinds of projects.
