Alts with no liquidity on exchanges

i just believe the only good reason to buy such a these token is a do a research first.
because, i am not believe anymore about what info coinmarketcap given. no since i saw stupid exchange such as vindax,coinsbit,p2pb have a high rank on their chart.
and actually a simple research for token like u say its easy , just go through to exchange and see how buying and selling happen.
mostly wash trading has a pattern that is easy to read.

Would you say the exchange ranking on CMC is correct now that they are providing liquidity?

Sometimes I'm finding it hard to believe the exchange that ranked are the ones that I haven't heard of before. Bilaxy is new to me, I don't have an account to its the first on the tank today. Many of use are not willing to register to the exchange since this is another KYC submission.

Don't believe in large volumes before you check directly. Volume can be manipulated very easily. Many altcoins have large volumes, but when they want to make transactions it will be very difficult.
I have come across a lot of fake volumes of altcoin which only aims to attract investors to buy their coins.

Any coin or exchange that has big volumes with no liquidity or not enough liquidity is red flag, its either they are creating fake volumes for the coin or wrong details are been given by the exchange

Liquidity is a must not volumes because volumes can be easily given by exchanges which aren't real but not liquidity, if anyone wants to invest in coins today its better to make sure it has good liquidity although if the coin is listed on top exchange there is nothing to worry about

Daily volume comes from total transactions that happened on the exchange, and the transaction itself comes from liquidity. If the token or the coin has a big daily volume but they do not have liquidity that means they were using a fake volume to boost their ranking.
No liquidity = No demand.
Is it worth to invest in it? personally I do not think so, but that is my choice. You might have a different opinion about it.

Sadly to say but plenty of them are just having a fake volumes. There many transactions history but no more liquidity? That will be a questionable yet truth for crypto traders.
I don't think that it is worth to invest in cryptocurrency specially for alts that has no liquidity. They just keep on fooling people that their price goes skyrocket.

Never buy any coin without liquidity, in the market we have many project with fake volume and bot trade, this only lure investors to death, some even fraudulently pump their token, only to see that the traded volume is useless and one can't really sell. It will be good if all these manipulating coins can be filtered from CMC to save innocent traders.

Counterfeit volume is one of the biggest problems of the market. Speculators use it. You need to do good research before investing in a coine. The first goal is not to hurt.

It depends on the person's wallet size. In most cases people with a few hundred bucks have no problems investing in these coins because they can get in and out easily, which is why such altcoins are quite popular.

If you're a trader/investor with $20k for example things are different unless you have the luck to buy or sell into a large wall. If I had that money I would definitely avoid such coins, but everyone is different at the end of the day.

yes, you are right. high wallet size would be hard to cash out in not liquid coin.
So, we have to resize how much money if we wanna invest in that type coin. this is part of strategy

There are so many altcoin projects out there, why would you want to invest in a project that in the first place they are trying to create fake news to deceive investors?
I will never invest in such coins, the majority of such projects will die in the future and people will lose money if investing in it.

You can actually figure out whether a coin have fake 24 hour trading volume or not by seeing the trade history of that coin and that's really easy. there's no need to check their social media or whatever it is but instead see if the orders are just buy and sell repeatedly within the same price it's basically a manipulated market and see whether there are buy orders or not. Most of the coin that got its market manipulated only have active trading activities at certain time.

But i can say at least 99% of them are bad

Bad in terms of value which not worth it
Especially when you need to sell but you can sell to no one because it has no liquidity

That's exactly right, and it really sucks that some exchanges are being so dishonest about the volume of certain shit coins.  And last I read, there were over 3000 altcoins in existence and I'd bet that at least half of them, and probably more, have close to zero trading volume across all the exchanges they're listed on.  I'm not exactly sure why exchanges fake volume except maybe to make it look like they're more successful in attracting traders, but it does no good to someone trying to trade one of these coins with no liquidity.

If any of you have never used yobit, I would suggest going there and having a look at all the coins they have listed.  Most of them don't trade at all and have wallets which are always in maintenance mode so the coins can't be withdrawn.  I don't know why yobit doesn't delist them all, but if you look at all of them there's absolutely no liquidity whatever with most of the coins.  And they usually trade for 1 sat.

Investing in such projects is tantamount to playing roulette.
Considering that volumes are supported by bots, it is possible that in the future a major player can increase the price of a coin by pouring a certain amount of money into it, create artificial growth.
However, it is extremely difficult to say exactly which coins they will be, because many simply fall in price after turning off the bots.

I think that we need to turn our attention to the volumes obtained, or rather, as a result of which these volumes were obtained. Some projects simply increase volumes with the help of trading bots, which means where will the liquidity of such tokens come from? Moreover, it is very easy to see the wrapping by trading boti, which means these tokens already have problems. Of course, this tells us that there is no point in investing in such tokens, since there is already a fraud, and if there is a fraud, then where is the guarantee that the owners of these tokens will not deceive the community. I would recommend avoiding such crypto assets.

In trading cryptocurrency, the volume is a necessity and it leads to the liquidity which is important to easy trading of cryptocurrency. I am personally of the opinion that the higher the trading volume of a project, the better the project for investing purposes. A higher trading volume could mean that more persons are willing to buy the tokens as a result of the value which is expected from the project.

If you think about it, then you will realize that liquidity and reputable exchange is the only factor that affects the price. It is very sad, but that is the reality, at the moment there are no better fundamentals than listing on Binance or Coinbase. But what about the long-term fundamentals? If there is no liquidity, then this is certainly not a good sign.Personally, I would not buy such assets.If there is no liquidity-then in fact these coins are not needed by anyone.And if no one needs them then why invest in them!
