Why Consider All Altcoins Bad

Not all altcoin projects are bad, but I think bad projects account for 90% of the entire market. 3000 coins is too much for the cryptocurrency market, most of them don't really solve any technology problems.
The development teams always make technology statements in their projects but they really do not do anything. That reduced the confidence of investors and made the market become a pile of rubbish.

there are users who truly believe in btc to be just the real one but when asked how will btc works when mass adoption finally happen when the early investors of BTC had over 500k of it while some only have less than a btc. the unequal distribution of wealth still exist even in crypto so by the time mass adoption happens, its the altcoins are going to be owned by most of the people who adopted it.  the altcoins that has usecase will have value that can be adopted for late comers which these altcoins are going to be considered good.

There are so many altcoins created every week or every month I see new announcement/bounty thread here on bitcointalk. I cannot blame some people saying all altcoins is bad because in majority maybe in a count of 10 only 1 is good. Bitcoin alone is lonely, Altcoins gives colors to the blockchain world and it is designed to a specific need or use cases. Bitcoin cannot perform smart-contract, dapps. etc.

if the new thread is a new altcoin project, I think 90% of the new project is a scam,
but you can examine it first, do an analysis and see if they have strong fundamentals or not,

The fact that I received, altcoin is not very potential for the future, only a few, and even then if defeated with new technology and the community begins to forget, will eventually die. altcoin goals are entirely just a revised form of bitcoin or also as an adopter of blockchain technology. and what I received at the moment was just manipulation, I don't know why sometimes people are too greedy. but without altcoin, crypto-world would not be like the current development. so someone's assumption, altcoin is still needed by reason of the formation of new ideas and innovations, so as to create a community.

What you say is precisely the reason why people generalize and say that all altcoins are bad, it is impossible that each person takes a look at the thousands of coins in the market an specifically tell the prospects of each coin, so we need to generalize and I ask you which of the next two statements is closer to the truth, all altcoins are very good projects or all altcoins are scams?

It is obvious that the second statement is closer to the truth and that is why people would think that all altcoins are scams even if we know that is not true but when a very large percentage of coins are scams and the rest are bad projects I cannot blame them for thinking like that.

This is because people tend to generalize bcz of one or a few mistake. This is part of mistake of thingking
we all know that many coins are just shit, not have value, bad dev, stolen money investors
bcz of that, many people are skeptical with coins and generalize that all coins are same

The rapid growth of altcoins, as you have said over 3000 on which I think most are less substantial in the market, there is no really time to research that all but there are altcoins you can be heard growing, trending and whatnot and I think those are quite profitable to deal with. But also be careful with these altcoins, they are prone to fail while playing in the market, scammers are widely used it to scam people especially the beginners and altcoins are indeed less profitable than any leading cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum.

Definitely not all altcoins are bad because there are still altcoins who makes a such good improvement that makes it worth it to hold them for a long term. It's true that 70 % or 80% of altcoins are not that good for investment, that is why other crypto users used to call them "shitcoins" because they don't have any good value.

Not all altcoins are bad. But there is a situation. They can't move independently of Bitcoin. I think it always makes sense to have a bit of Bitcoin. Bitcoin keeps the market under a lot of pressure. Robust altcoins can't show themselves.

Probably most of these altcoins are scams and people of thought of it were victims of this scam.  We cannot remove this kind of point of view in a victim but we can at least encourage them that not all cryptocurrency is bad and that there are few that were good and very promising.

Instead of intending to study the state of the altcoins, most of them simply captured the raw notion that dropped the dignity of the Altcoin. As savvy investors they're good at reflecting market conditions and understanding the way the market Rus is. The word we can use is had enough, investors are had enough of so many useless and shitcoins coming and in the market, so we cannot blame many of these investors for criticizing that the market is being flooded by so many bad coins because that is what they are seeing and many investors are experiencing lost from the market.

not only you, but we all also expect the best project in this crypto space. but other facts say that most new projects end in fraud and maybe thousands of new coins don't have good price development and even feel like dead. in my opinion if you want to invest with altcoin it's better to choose the top altcoin that is clearly on the market and many are using it for long-term investment, at least to minimize your investment losses.

People do not consider ALL projects and altcoins as bad, they just don't feel like trying to find the one good altcoin on 1000 bad ones. For example, nobody really has anything bad to say about ethereum, it is a nice coin, neither for litecoin, eos, and stuff like that, those coins are quite good.

However, when you go out of top 10 and reach to 50's and 100's on that list, it becomes very difficult to know the difference between a coin that is horrible and a coin that is really good. I personally feel like maybe we should focus on improving the current good ones we already have instead of making money for the lowly coins that will probably not be any good at all.

If we paid billions of dollars for the improvement of ethereum for example we would have something insane, instead of thousands of small coins.

I also believe that not all altcoins are bad, some are indeed bad but not all of them some are good and has created for a purpose to solve a problem in the mainstream arena. everyone is entitled with their own opinion. so we should respect that.

most altcoins aren't feasible, but not all altcoins are bad. therefore we must be able to sort out the worth of altcoin to be invested, because many altcoin projects are not really carried out really by the developer, and eventually will die by itself. therefore don't waste our money in vain, by choosing altcoin on the top ranking it will be better

Most of the altcoins have been potrayed as non profitable coins or with no potential due to the failure of many new projects that have no service or utility to offered to general public and coin will not survive long in the market and thats why they are dead before intialization or listing on exchange.But in actual not all altcoins are bad but the fact is that they have suffered huge dumps over these two years which have undervalued them but soon they will get recognization and prices will pump once again so have patience for them.
