I think that because of this, when the bull run starts, the altcoins will have much more potential for growth. This means that much less capital will be enough to raise their price by more percent than the price of Bitcoin. By this I think that investing in altcoins can be more profitable during the next bull run.

No, you can't disclose any chances that altcoins will soar high again and actually it started already. Yes, there is no other 2017 again, this year is different and full of surprises. But it is to believe that those dead altcoins will surely be dead at all even the market will pump. And if we are planning to put risk on altcoin investment, see to it that we've chosen the right one, not the dead coin.

In my opinion this is a different strategy, funds for Bitcoin are better to stay focused on one goal only, if mixed with the two it will still reduce the assets owned by Investors, it is not good if BTC conditions go down. The capital strategy for Altcoins must be separate, or you can use the Altcoin trading mode using Tether or BNB pairs. Assuming the bull run is still next year, we should still have a plan that fits this month's conditions.
