I have a question for you guys but is WNBA as unpredictable as mens basketball and is the difference in quality as big as with football? Just noticed all you guys talking about it so it must be pretty good. Never watched to be honest, and never saw a SB special about it. So far WWC specials not hitting.

Which is my next question why are we not discussing WWC when its the current SB promo? Looking for tips!

Well, we got a dedicated thread for the WNBA for whoever wants to engage in the discussion about the WNBA or maybe the NBA and we also post our bets and predictions on the Current games that we have in the WNBA, well for me I got decent winnings with my predictions by looking at the injuries and looking at their previous game on who's might be winning, for now, the in the Eastern Conference New York Liberty, Connecticut Sun, and Atlanta Dream going to that sequence 1st seed going to the 3rd seed while the Western Conference has Las Vegas Aces, Dallas Wings, and Minnesota Lynx and going with that sequence the 1st seed to the 3rd seed, and the defending champion the Las Vegas Aces, is pretty much dominating each game, well just go on to our thread if you are interested in it, for me it is pretty much easy betting for the WNBA than with the NBA,


Now this is the result of my bet and prediction on games Yesterday, and just like what you see I got 4 out of 5 wins,

Chicago Sky VS Las Vegas Aces SCORE 95 - 107 - WIN

Pretty much a close game and the Chicago Sky have done their all in winning this game with Courtney William's double-double, Marina Mabrey, Elizabeth Williams, and the game's lead scorer Kahleah Copper that got 37 points on this game but it was not enough in winning the game with Aces, Jackie Young's 15 points, Chelsea Gray's 22 points, A'ja Wilson's 24 points, and Kelsey Plum's 27 points, winning the game

New York Liberty VS Seattle Storm SCORE 86 - 82 - WIN

This another close game I really thought I would lose this game but the Liberty is not a slack team for sure, Sabrina Ionescu has a triple-double of 12 rebounds 12 assists, and 12 points for this game and Breanna Stewart was on the lead for this game, surely it was a win for me so I was really happy with the result

Atlanta Dream VS Phoenix Mercury SCORE 78 - 65 - WIN

The Atlanta Dream was pretty much great against the Phoenix Mercury the only one present for the Mercury was Brittney Griner and Megan Gustafson, but the Atlanta Dream has a pretty much great spread for this game, and I was really happy with the result,

Dallas Wings VS Connecticut Sun SCORE 83 - 88 - WIN

I was surprised by the Dallas Wings but surely because of the odds I think it was pretty much accurate, and nice winning the underdog team for me, Tiffany Hayes and DeWanna Bonner did a pretty much good job for this game Hayes Currently getting 28 points and Bonner 32 lead points for this game,

Los Angeles Sparks VS Indiana Fever SCORE 79 - 78 - LOST

And lastly, the only game I wasn't happy with and the opponent won with just 1 point, pretty much I was frustrated because I am near to having a perfect bet, well the Indiana Fever have surely covered the spread for this game but with just 1 point the Sparks was lucky Jordin Canada has a double-double of 10 assist and 20 points, Azura Stevens got 15 points and Nneka Ogwumike got 30 points losing this 1 game,

Atlanta Dream (1.26) VS Phoenix Mercury (3.50) - WIN

It was near domination when the Atlanta Dream won against the Phoenix Mercury 78 - 65, it might be the injuries for the Mercury, but surely Brittney Griner and Megan Gustafson did tremendously but it was not enough for the Atlanta Dream's dominating performance, they indeed got a good spread for this game although Gustafson has a lead points for this game, Rhyne Howard made 10 points for this game, Aarion McDonald has 11 points and both Allisha Gray and AD Durr both have 12 points



Dallas Wings (1.57) VS Connecticut Sun (2.26) - WIN

A close game indeed, for these two teams I was really Surprise because it was a close game but I won the underdog bet, for the Connecticut Sun, Teaira McCowan, Satou Sabally and Arike Ogunbowale did a great job with this game but was not enough because the Connecticut Sun still has the pace, for this game Tiffany Hayes and DeWanna Bonner was all the Connecticut Sun need winning this game, Tiffany Hayes has 28 points and DeWanna Bonner got 32 points,



Los Angeles Sparks (1.48) VS Indiana Fever (2.47) - LOST

Close one, A very close one indeed, I lost this game by 1 point, but it was a great game to watch, Indiana Fever have a great spread, From Erica Wheeler, Kelsey Mitchell, and Victoria Vivians have a great deal spread but it was not really enough, Azura Stevens got 15 points, Jordin Canada has a double-double and Nneka Ogwumike did a great job in getting the win with only 1 point lead,

Great question because seeing the forum members above only talking about WNBA, which one has their own thread dedicated to the alternate sport to the NBA.

This is simple to answer: There aren't many familiar sports in this time of the summer to place bets on.
So this league is played in the time off of the other major leagues which happen to be the men which have their break in the year. It has been imposed by the commissions of those leagues to be held at this time so to keep the excitement flowing for these sports no matter played by whatever gender that might be.

The lull for the soccer leagues having their break for the season worked for the Leagues Cup with the debut of Messi to the Inter Miami last friday didn't it?
I just hated that I missed the match yesterday or else I would of bet on them with #10 scoring 2 goals.

So the marketing team had the right idea.

I placed a bet on the Womens World Cup in a parlay with a Max win and it hit.
Unfortunately I placed a bet on the WNBA last night and lost due to a three-pointer scored with the last 11 seconds left.


This WWC has seen 0-0 draws with Norway and Canada in their first round matches.
They need to score and win to pass Ireland in today's match as for the Sportsbet Specials for this tournament, yeah they haven't hit as they only put out one or two per matchday from what I had seen of them so far.
It hasn't had the exposure the tournament committee had hoped for since they were giving away hundred of tickets at the beginning of it just to fill up the empty seats.

Atleast the Philippines beat one of the host nations in yesterdays match against New Zealand for their first ever goal in their life of this tournament.

Since it is the slow time for all the major sports leagues most of us who follow this thread atleast.
Their bets are welcomed so to maybe ti start some discussion on their new league while they are playing.
Up until the major sports leagues start up again in the next few weeks such as the Premier League.
I can only speak for myself as this is where my favorite sports league is involved.

If you have a bet inplace by all means post it and maybe somebody can gather a tip from viewing it so they can win themselves a nice prize.

Yes, they have a shorter season than the NBA because of lesser teams. The season will end September 1st week or 2nd week and then a week after that will be the playoffs which is also a short one because again the lack of teams. Round 1 only needs 2 wins to advance. Then, Semi-finals with 3 wins and so do the Finals.

It was a super close game and I think it could also go the other way around but surely I got lucky picking the Atlanta Dream, Brittney Sykes is pretty much had a great performance, while Tianna Hawkins made a double-double for this game but still it is not enough because the Dream has made a great spread towards the game Rhyne Howards and Cheyenne Parker had 11 points, Nia Coffey has 16 and Allisha Gray got 27 points,



Chicago Sky (1.30) VS Phoenix Mercury (3.20) - WIN

The Chicago Sky has gotten another win and redeemed themselves again, it is pretty great for them to win now actually it was really risky betting for them right now but I have got it, Courtney Williams has 19 points, Marina Mabrey got 23 and Kahleah Copper got 24, it was pretty much a great spread for the Chicago Sky,



L.A. Sparks (3.95) New York Liberty (1.21) - WIN

I really know that the New York Liberty can win this and it will be a dominant win for sure, but surely the Los Angeles Sparks can sometimes make surprises, and this is the near surprise that they can make, with this game, they almost got it in the 2nd half, but it was really not enough,  Jonquel Jones has a double-double of 13 rebounds and 13 points, Marine Johannes has 15 points, Sabrina Ionescu got 14 and lastly Breanna Stewart has 25 points,

Was looking to bet on a match in the league yesterday and there was only one game, so I think until they have more expansion cities in the future, the depleted amount of matches to be able to bets on. Their matches will continue unlike the larger leagues such as the NBA. Where you have a few matches to choose from when you are looking for some betting action throughout the week.
Tonight there is only one match as well:

There are more variety available tomorrow, so the majority of their matches are on Friday and then Tuesday next week there are four matches available to place bets on.

The odds for this game are 1.59 for the Mystics and 2.21 for the Sparks for this game  Ariel Atkins, Elena Delle Donne, Kristi Toliver, and Shakira Austin can not play for the Mystics while Katie Lou Samuelson, Nia Clouden, Chiney Ogwumike and Lexie Brown can not play for the Sparks, for this game I think that the Washington Mystics has a bigger chance in winning this they have plenty of winning than with the Sparks, so for this game, my pick is the Washington Sparks,

Indiana Fever VS Connecticut Sun

The odds for this game are 3.60 for the Fever and 1.25 for the Sun, for this game NaLyssa Smith can not play for the Fever and Victoria Vivians is questionable if she can play for the Sun, while Brionna Jones is out for this season and Bernadett Hatar is questionable if he can play for the Sun, for this game for sure the Connecticut Sun is more likely for me in winning and this match could also become a close game, but my pick is the Connecticut Sun,

Minnesota Lynx VS New York Liberty

The odds for this game are 4.40 for the Lynx and 1.17 for the Liberty, For this game Natalie Achonwa, Rachel Banham and Napheesa Collier can not play for the Minnesota Lynx, and  Dorka Juhasz is questionable if they can play for the Lynx while Han Xu and Stefanie Dolson can not play for the Liberty, for sure this is what I think the Liberty could be dominant in this game,

The odds for this game are 1.16 for the Wings and 4.50 for the Sky, right now Diamond DeShields, Lou Lopez Senechal, and Awak Kuier can not play for the Wings and  Crystal Dangerfield is questionable if she can play for the Wings while Isabelle Harrison, Rebekah Gardner, and Sika Kone can not play for the Sky, so for this game, Dallas Wings is surely tempting while the Sky is not really consistent right now So my pick is the Dallas Wings,

Because the event is near here are my bet, prediction, and thoughts for this fight for sure it will be a great fun fight to watch the UFC Fight Night: Sandhagen vs. Font

Cory Sandhagen vs Rob Font

So far this fight is going to be Epic for sure Rob Font is at the level even though he is an underdog and still has a decent arsenal for Sandhagen, and for Cory Sandhagen his last fight with Marlon Vera was really great even though Sandhagen doesn't have the strength to knock out the opponent he is a pretty much brilliant fighter and that last fight surely his standing has merge into now a wrestling game to his arsenal but Cory Sandhagen is a calculating dude so this could be an interesting fight for sure, by my pick is Cory Sandhagen,

Dustin Jacoby vs Kennedy Nzechukwu

For this fight, Dustin Jacoby can surely show great techniques with those kicks and surely Kennedy Nzechukwu is not checking those leg kicks Pretty those leg kicks were essential for Dustin Jacoby in this fight but Kennedy Nzechukwu has a solid takedown recently but that recent fight with Devin Clark it kind of he is learning his basics and that standing guillotine choke was brilliant indeed,

Gavin Tucker vs Diego Lopes

Both of these two guys are well-rounded and pretty much this is an exciting fight to watch for sure and for me I am surely interested in Gavin Tucker has a good scramble and surely he can go on the ground for sure but his opponent is Diego Lopes also has a great ground fights he also has good striking for sure but surely because this two can go with the ground game it is a pretty hard match to decides on who's going to win but my pick goes with Diego Lopes,
