Now we start a "normal" weekend so we are back on tracks, no more strange dates because of festive days.

That's why I also didn't think twice about pulling the trigger for the BTTS, but I underestimated the missing players from both sides. Hopefully, the game states are also back to normal, with a bunch of goals per game.

Luckily today started off differently with Aston Villa scoring three goals against Nottingham Forest who managed to get one.
So it broke the deadlock of 0-0 and 1-1 draws in the Premier League for the 2026 campaign.

For the next matches I am not so sure we will be getting as many goals from Brighton Hove Albion vs Burnley or Wolverhampton vs West Ham.

But looking forward to the Arsenal vs Bournemouth game later on today. Expecting them to do what Villa just did to Forest in a 3-1 win.

I was close to making a BTTS bet on those two games you mentioned, and luckily ended up dodging it after missing the pregame lines.

I also got Arsenal over Bournemouth, and it's not looking too easy after Arsenal conceded the first goal ten minutes into the game and scored one back to tie it all up. I'm starting to get this weird feeling that it might end 2-2, but I hope i'm wrong and we cash our Arsenal bets.

As you had said in the pool prediction thread, why sack a coach mid-season. It only gives the team a 50-50 chance riding out the rest of the season with an interim coach.

The owners are running the club like some meme coins - look for some prospects, but low and flip for profits after 1 season. Rinse and repeat. The UK fans keep making noise yet can't do anything. Boycott games to send a strong message to the owners.

I only followed a bit of the tournament throughout the week, but watching Darts is always a treat whenever the players are on fire with the finishes.

Not sure about exact scores but 0-0 are almost always around 5-5.60x when I use to check those odds for EPL matches.
But after it happens usually those who placed bets on those matches are curious what the odds were for all of them picked for draws on the same acca.

Looks like Fulham had the lead against Liverpool but just couldn't hold it all match long.
Had them to beat the reds 1-0 but now it is 1-1 and into extra time.
If a few of the other matches hold I will have 2 exact scores for today with Tottenham draw and Newcastle United score of 2-0.

Chelsea vs Manchester City had great odds for the home side 1.65x but now is 1.53x.

Close but too bad, I guess picking over 4.5 goals are really trying to stretch your luck especially since its already playoffs so its pointless to keep on scoring if they are already up like 2-3 goals. Picking over 2.5 goals seems like the most reasonable bet alongside moneyline but since you really like sassy option like that then over 3.5 goals might still sounds reasonable I guess

Ahhh man it was so close to reach the over 4.5 goals on the Nigeria Mozambique game, the main problem with that kind of bets is what we saw yesterday Nigeria reached the 4 goal and we still ahve 30 or more minutes ahead but the team stop to push since they dont want to risk anything or get injured for a bad foul so they stop attacking and kill your bet when your chances to win were super high.

Well what a nice surprise it is when just in the first minutes of the game you already achieve the goals, it was a risky bet to made if you ask me, i dont see so much value on it, since scoring a goal in this competition is not that easy, in fact i was not expecting to see such an easy game for Ivory Coast.

Don't have Afcon on my radar if any matches are playing in other leagues that I am sure will win.
Why bet on tournaments if you are use to the play of the regular leagues that you are a little more certain how they will play out?
Since there was one between West Ham and Nottingham Forest, then that is what I placed a bet on.
And it hit along with the reliable AS Roma from Serie A  who @emrecemsan also bets on.

Also had the correct score in the EPL forum pool too, along with a whole lot of others who picked this score of 2-1 for Sean Dyche's team.
