@Trofo good thing you went with the flow here too. I definitely don't always pick underdogs in internationals. Colombia and Brazil heavy favourites for a reason, and watching the game you immediately saw both opponents were just in for damage control more than anything else. Actually should have just put big money on Brazil as Bolivia just rested everyone waiting for their next home game against Argentina.

I stuck to Germany and Spain as well, but put a tiny bet on Switzerland as a hedge in case this effs up.

The opposing sides are heavy underdogs @11.00x & @7.80x respectively.

I am watching that Vasco da Gama match and so far they have been the better team, Flamengo is not doing much considering they are 0-1 down, were pre-match favourites and have been in good form lately. Since none of us picked the draw, I guess it will end just with a draw JanpriX has the Vasco win as well btw, his picks are missing in my last table screenshot.

5/5 till now for those who picked all favourites til now. Germany and Spain went past their opponents easily. Flamengo conceded an early goal vs Vasco but did good job to pull themselves out from losing and win the match. So far nice start but we have some difficult matches lined up ahead.

It was an easy start of multimaster this week but today the real games begin. Just imagine how many people is dreaming about that max prize and then the games will start and it will be a total bloodbath If I get 4/6 draws correct I feel I have a chance for the prize this week so it is done deal and I am already counting on that money

Here are the "standings" thus far:



ralle14, buwaytress and Avirunes with exceptional performance, but don't get too excited, if you see yourself on top of the leaderboard, since I think there are users with 7/7 until now, who don't show up there (if this wasn't changed in the meantime). We hit on all the games, where we found consensus, this is a first iirc. Vasco da Gama did give most of us a good scare, because they scored 2-2 in 86th minute, but the VAR took it away after a long time of waiting, because it was offside by the tip of the toe.

I watched the first half of Atlanta game and they were doing really good. Thought this would be easy home win, but got disappointed when checking the result in the morning. Sao Paulo winning against Palmeiras one could have guessed, since Palmeiras had some players not available, because they are on national duties; among them their most successful striker this season.

6/7, how rewarding to pick all the favourites so far, eh? I thought about Atlanta but they've been in a miserable run this entire season so good thing. So far no draws, so I could end up getting screwed if we have even 3 draws;)

But yeah today's where our picks seem to really make a difference. I think England have good odds but their last friendlies haven't been too awe inspiring and the Belgians are on par even without you-know-who. So I picked them, and can see almost everyone else did too, haha!

Also noone picked Portugal and only me + big_daddy went for Turkey against Russia eh?

When I checked the leaderboard there were all 6's on the board so those up there only got 1 game wrong while wales was not graded yet.
All I can hope for now is those two draws hit for me just like ireland vs wales did but I got it wrong.

Ugh!! England won their game against Belgium. England were lucky with their second goal with a slight deflection from Alderweireld, Anyway you did great with both right picks in Croatia's and England's game. 30 users leading with 7 correct picks right now in leaderboard till the Ireland vs Wales game so far settled.

The last match on the schedule (Orlando - Columbus) is actually postponed with no new date afaik, so there is only 4 matches left I think. You and ralle14 both have 8 till now, so you are in a good position both. But buwaytress is still in good shape with 7 as well, since he has two upsets picked with New England and Turkey, which not many others at the top might have. So if these two are correct......

Are you sure about orlando's match being postponed? I see on my app their is another mls match postponed but theirs is still scheduled in an hour and half from now.

Yes, I heard it already yesterday and most bookies don't offer this game anymore and the official site also has it as postponed.

I sort of expected a surprise in Italy match but chose them for MM anyway. Belgium hurt me badly, I was sure they are winning or at least not losing the match so I had a lot of money riding on them. At least I will get a free bet on Sportsbet insured multi. If Belgium won it would have been a nice 0.25 BTC win to boost my betting bank on that multi ticket plus several other doubles hitting and adding a bit more.

I hate those Brazilian and MLS games in MM, they could have made a whole MM of national league games but I guess they need to butter up a Brazilian market a bit when opportunity comes knocking.

I suck with my picks. Always average. Not at the top, not at the bottom. Same happens with me in the EPL pool. May be I could use your selections in the upcoming MMs

Well done Avi, but yeah just one step too far. The draws killed me all the way, though to be fair, if I HAD put in draws, I might still have ended up selecting England and the Brazilians maybe. Bleeding giants playing safe in Nations League... suppose can't blame them when injuries are all on everyone's mind but really, very dull games. I only watched England but even so it looked a bit silly at times, nothing like club football atm.

That was so close Avirunes. Your MM performance has been lit so far. I know you'll hit it in the next couple of rounds. Good thing I double-chanced England, Italy and Russia on a small 2-odd multi I could put together. There will be interesting fixtures for this week's MM. Looking forward to it.

Yeah congrats to you avirunes with getting to the closest amount of picks correct.
The last day of games in the nations league seemed to be all draws.
Luckily I had put the italy and portugal matches as draws or I would of been under six picks correct.
After the first two days alot of people had all matches correct as the favorites won and without any draws to be seen. I think I saw everyone with seven on the leaderboard.
