Only few altcoins that has product and obviously they are worthless if no one are using them since their value is below the price when  they bought it. That's why we need to choose an altcoin that has an active community and the value is not going down below 50% from its current price.

And only few altcoins can make it and follow bitcoin which is only in top ranked altcoins.
