It's still not good because when people invest in the market, they look at the overall market performance.
IMO, good altcoins are just around 5 to 10% of the total altcoins created i the market and that's too small to attract investors, that's why they choose btc over altcoins.

I told a long time ago that investing in those altcoins that have long been in this market is just throwing your money in the trash. I am 88 percent sure that in the coming years, those altcoins that we see in the top 20 will be replaced with new coins. maybe only BNB will remain in the top, but as always it’s not for sure

I didn't completely understand the meaning but I will do my best for answering the question. The new investors don't see an opportunity in the crypto markets due to the risks and lack of guarantee in the volatile, unregulated crypto market. The HYPE is over, there is no fuel to attract the investors with lucrative promises.
