@malikg18 when you invest in crypto’s you need to accept all the risks associated with it, and one of the biggest risk in crypto’s is it’s volatile nature which can keep it’s prices low or suddenly shoot it up. As I have recently diversified my portfolio by adding few alts hence, I would only advise people to invest in Eth, Ripple and lite coins as these coins have given decent returns over a period of time. Also alt markets have always mirrored bitcoins prices hence they’ll shoot up when bitcoin halving event take place, till then we need to patiently hold on to alt our coins.

It's not necessary that we will only invest in top 30 altcoins, there were times that alt not included in 30 do some updates and developments that make them worth it to be traded in a day or in a week. For one, It's about market sentiment. Crypto is crashing right now, because bitcoin is crashing and it's low right now. but this is very normal, if one video game company has bad earnings report, all video game companies drop. If Apple has bad earnings, the entire stock market could shift. always hold bitcoin position and always reposition when dominance fades. 2021-2022 should be the time we experience most growth. I think this is because crypto investors were taught to HODL for long term which is going to be safer considering the project is ranked on top which somehow guarantees its also going to rise up given time up to more than a year. A reason why your investment won't be safe is if you will sell these coins in less than a month.

Crypto market always runs on trends and news if the trends/news are positive market will show uptrend movement and when the trends/news are negative than market will show downtrend movement.
