Quick Survey: why do you specifically use crypto to gambooool ?

The provably fair part, versus the probably fair of Fiat casinoes, is the feature that definitely makes me gamble, and lose, serenely.
Also skipping the hassle to verify our identities sending documents bills and all the stuff is a big plus for crypto gambling. Not to talk about gambling legal regulation restricting many players to their own sites or completely prohibiting gambling.

Kyc as part of regulation was very unpleasant when you're having so busy days, and about the submission of legal documents like your full identity; I don't think its fair enough. We're in danger of our safety due to danger of security breaches of our personal data information. Crypto gambling site is much advantage instead of fiat betting, and the anonymous playing can be enjoyed independently.

Provably fair is mandatory so i think every gambling sites should have this and one of the reason why i choose gamble with crypto because gambling is something can recognize as bad habit in my country so although i was gamble but i don't want people know it so gambling use cryptocurrency can give me confortable feeling while gamble without people know my habit and also there was no land based casinos can be visitied in my country so one of the way if i want to gamble is visiting online gambling sites

I am doing a little research on WHY people are betting /gambling online with btc/crypto from various countries/states worldwide, and was hoping bitcointalk members  can be of some assistance.
I would specifically like to know (if you happen use crypto to gamble online) why you do so.

eg is it because you:

• can pay Less vig in some cases?
• wider game selection can gamble on games like minesweeper, paper rock scissors and other novelty games?
• "provably fair" games
• cannot bet in your current location
• crypto sites might offer markets unavailable elsewhere
• others ?

any info appreciated, if you can give me your state/country that would be helpful too for context.

I, for one, wasn't into gambling at all before I got acquainted with cryptos and gambling websites as use cases. The possibility of having provably fair games is very important, because I indeed would  not trust that a casino is playing by the rules. Especially with this association between classic casinos and criminals. Another strong reason for me is that I don't want to pass KYC and have my bets as banking transactions connected to my identity. It can be used to manipulate me, so I prefer not to give off information unless it's necessary.

my answer is simple.
because using crypto is simple, i don't have to do anything for spend my money.
register,deposit,play,withdraw,done.
using fiat ? errr, its just complicated thing for me.

Well, we have different reasons why someone chooses crypto when they are going to gamble.
The number one reason, of course, the anonymity. They dont want to reveal their real identity in gambling and probably it will link to your bank accounts or credit card when you are using fiat money. Cryptocurrency is freely used and convenient to use.
Another thing is very fast transactions have when it comes cash out and cash in.

because it won't be too complicated, and also some regulations in each country are different, so it's easier to use crypto you just transfer, send and play.
whereas if fiat has to confirm your bank account, and other data for verification

for me the most important reasons are:
1. no KYC
2. instant deposits withdrawals  , limited only by the network speed , while in the ususal casinos you can wait for our money for days if not weeks
3. low house edge - 1% is the standard
4. provably fair , means I can be sure that there are no shenanigans going on

mostly it is the ease of use and convenience, once you played at one casino / dice , you , practically need no time to adjust to a new site
if you decide to play elsewhere , the interface and the principles are same , just the looks and details are different

my bank will not let me gamble despite my being in a country that actually licences sportsbooks and casinos (Malta).

uh the link is broken , for a second I thought it was a legit news
if the UK gambling regulator would ban credit cards for gambling , this could make their casinos suffer huge loss
since almost every big bettor is a debit/credit card depositor , there are not so many using Skrill or other means
but this is one of the main advantages of gambling with the cryptocurrencies - almost instant deposits and withdrawals , no hassle
no need to deal with banks or regulators who love to "take care" of you by putting a wrench in the spinner of your gambling

Especially crypto gambling have many choices unlike in physical casino and some websites that have only specific game or still than laggy. People use crypto for gambling is because they can hide their identity. They can get a free coin for testing the gambling site before they send any coins. That will prevent them from getting scam from the site so they can choose the recommended gambling site. Besides that, some country doesn't allow their people playing gambling, so people choose the crypto gambling site. You can choose so many gambling games in every gambling site so you can feel enjoy to play the game one by one.

To tell you truth, i did very little gambling with my credit card online. The main reason was that i was not secure that by using my card, it could be misused by the site itself and giving the card informational and details is not secure. With bitcoin, it is very easy to deposit and withdraw funds to and from the gambling sites. Crypto has made gambling very easy to play.

Easy and fast it could go with it but secure maybe not since there's a huge risk that crypto will get hack but for sure user doesn't care this anymore since many of us are aware for that matters.

But what I like the most on betting using crypto is the convenience and the less transaction fees since you cannot get these two in Fiat since it gave a stress for transactions we made.

Using crypto you can just play and go without any problem. Unlike with Fiat base casinos you need to submit documents before you can start and play. Well, you are wrong on this perception because there are few online gambling sites that acquires KYC verification, perhaps they doing it just because they are following some rules or the jurisdictions of government that avoid money laundering. But, there's a big but-- a gambling sites that have to implement KYC are usually no one will visit or maybe there is but those gamblers that they dont care to reveal their real identity. Most cases like this are those gambling sites that accept bank account or credit card to gamble not a cryptocurrency. Indeed, that is right. Online gambling platforms that accept crypto are easy to access and use.
