Sorry to ask but I would like to join,,, but we have moved from Sportsbet to SWC now right? I cannot play poker at the first site anymore (got blocked because of location). I would also request if possible for the earlier time. 2pm UTC = 10 pm for me so if poker lasts long, I would not be able to play properly,,, I have to work shifts very early in the next morning I start at 4am.

Agree with 1 rebuy-in which I probably would not take anyway. I can go for the sidebet also of who lasts longer!

SwC or anywhere as long as not that strict, it will always be fine with me. Are you somehow from the Asia region? Well, if yes that's really a hassle and plus a hassle if you still got to work the morning after it because the tourney takes 2 or more hours. I have already suggested one just from the recent game to move it from 6 pm UTC to 4 pm UTC, that would be a consensus of the players if what's really fine for them but since the poll already started and the game is nearing I doubt it will still be changed and besides @foma already asked to set it up on SwC.

Sidebets are of course optional, so are rebuy(s) - nobody is being forced. After all, we still want to attract as many fellow bitcointalk members as possible to play some poker.

LOL that's something you should ask to @yahoo62278 if he'll let you, the guy is really getting fire up he even ask for some side bets  . Hoping that kind of event does really happen but as you just said we should attract more and more people often every weekend before that come to reality.

It's not my game, i'm just a player. Heck I was 2nd person out last game. I just like to add more excitement by having a side bet option between players who are interested. We get 5 players interested then that's an extra .005 to the winner.

@figmentofmyass if players are interested in doing a last longer bet for say .001 btc, who should we ask to hold the funds for the bet? Money would need to be transferred before the tourney starts.

I don't know if there will be any interest but if so it will make the game even more fun.

SwC set the game up---it can now be seen in the lobby. i think the rebuy was set up correctly: 1 rebuy allowed, rebuy period = 1.5 hours, and you can only rebuy if you have 1 chip or less.

i'll set up a new thread for the next game, announce the last longer bet in the OP, and send out the password today. should we continue posting the password in the thread a few hours before the game? sooner? outsiders registering is probably not a huge problem since it's not a freeroll or anything, not sure though.

lol, i'm actually FOMA777. funny coincidence though, FOMA888 is a throwaway account i made, which is why you were able to transfer money there. i was able to log in just now, so i have the 1000 chips.

Blind levels changed too, no ? Was 10 minutes last Sunday iirc.

nope, it was 12 minutes. i like to give late registering players a decent starting stack.

I am definitely in for some side bet too. I am fine with any of you guys holding the funds, don't think we need some external escrow (yet^^). Just PM the address to send to.

the best way is probably p2p transfer on SwC. that leaves a record of who paid. otherwise i should technically give each person in the bet a different BTC address, just in case of funny business.

It's nice as I like letting people kind of pick through my play...which still has a long way to come. Helps me improve along the way. I will have to watch it again myself, but I think it was one of my better play days in a while.

Also, i have a question: why technical pause on SwC is going so long? I remember in the last part of tournament (when two players left) it took 1.5 hour. What a sense for this?
