• The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a No Deposit Bonus will be 10 mBTC. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited.
• The Wagering Requirements for No Deposit Bonus are 35 times the Bonus sum awarded to you.

Since I was able to join I joined and you can see 1 post later they credited me. Now this is where they started changing it up, I luckily managed to win quite a bit with the bonus and it seemed I would meet the wager requirement with quite a bit left.

So I checked back on the thread and see they edited it so the max winnings would only be 3 mBTC.

I decided to question them about the change, while this was happening I won a bit more on their site.

Shortly after they then implemented another rule: "Players with the negative trust on Bitcointalk are not eligible for No Deposit Bonus." then they private messaged me and told me that now all my funds are forfeited.

Wanted to know if this is right first of all crediting me then changing the rules after I win more than they expected on their slots then changing it more so that all my winnings are forfeit. When according to the rules when I joined I should be paid 10 mBTC.


Additional: Funny how they congratulate me when they just took my winnings away.

The way I see it, they owe you up to 10 mBTC.

• You forgot to add terms rejecting users with negative feedback
• You accepted a user with negative feedback and gave him 3 mBTC no deposit bonus
• You said the maximum winnings from the no deposit bonus was 10 mBTC, not 3 mBTC

You're a professional casino, you should be very good at creating strict conditions. Even if you made mistakes (which you've admitted!), you should man up and don't make the user pay for your mistakes.

First you said you are not going to pay him 10mBTC then you said you are not going to pay him because he has red tag. Now when both of these went against you since these were not the clause in your initial post when that user was playing in your site with the money you gave, now you came up with a very cleaver idea. Now you found a way not to pay him?

After all these how would I personally believe you that the user did not fill the requirement of wagering 35times? Let's say he did not but how I am going to believe that you have not deleted the record/manipulate the record?

At this point I really find it hard for users to use your service. If anyone win big then how am I feel comfortable that you will pay them. They way you progressed in this case - it gives an impression that you will find something not to pay the winner.

I am just amazed that for only 10mBTC you came to this end. And you expect me to run a gambling business fairly?

Well had a short chat with the admin via Discord and it seems they are firm on not paying.

to be honest I'm not surprised at all since I have seen some weird behaviors from their management , I used to bet there and I was able to withdraw but I have witnessed two general withdrawl delays in that period
some people waited crazy long time for their coins with no real explanation about what's going , for a second I thought they are just waiting for new deposits in order to pay the previous winners and maybe that was actually the case
