Altcoin provides more long-term profits

old altcoins like ETH, LTC and some have followed the price of bitcoin since yesterday, there is no Altcoin that is still new to go up following the price of bitcoin, maybe everyone saw it in coinmarketcap that since last week bitcoin went up almost all of the old Altcoins also went up in price, so I just invest in old altcoin, don't love the newly released altcoin let alone take it as a long-term investment

Cheaper does not equate to more profit. It does not matter if it is bitcoin or altcoin as long as it is fundamentally sound investment. If it is a long term investment, you must have a fundamental analysis of your target altcoin. Only then you could say if it will be more profitable than bitcoin. Investing just because an alt is cheap is a gamble at best.

For the new altcoin itself is indeed not the right choice to invest, especially to be invested in the long term, maybe new altcoin is only suitable for trading in my opinion personally and for investment in the long run it is better to choose the old altcoin because we know every time there is an upward movement from bitcoin, altcoin altcoin follows its movements and altcoin is a good coin to invest.

I agree that invest into altcoin will bring more profit in long term, but in the last downtrend many altcoins lose too much value. To choose a good altcoin wont be easy and who know will its price drop in bitcoin bull run. I think still too risk to buy altcoin and wait for big profit, why dont just put the money in bitcoin and use margin for larger profit.

Which altcoin in particular? There are so many altcoins and only very few of them have being profitable since their inception, many of this altcoins have been a waste of resources, investors time and even the managers of the projects, that's even the fairly bad part, the occurrence of scams in the altcoin market is sky high, all these factors alone do not make it a better longer term investment option than the bitcoin.

It's to an extent safe to invest in bitcoin, it assures profits, not only long term, but also for short runs, altcoins may be cheaper, but with the risk involved, it's much better to buy bitcoins, with whatever amount you can afford(to lose).

Investing in alts for long term is crazy, look at the recent years - they were all consistently going down over long period of time and for a good reason - there's too much competition, cryptocurrency is barely adopted so the world doesn't need thousands of coins. Most of them will eventually die, and it's quite hard to predict which ones will survive, and there's no guarantee that the survivors will increase in price.

If you still want to put your money in alts, do so only with amounts you can afford to lose, and choose from the most popular coins with good reputations and not some obscure shitcoins.

Altcoins prices have fallen far more than the Bitcoin price, so they may seem to have more potential for growth. However, Altcoins also has a higher risk. It's possible that the Altcoin season will never come and some Altcoins will just die along with your investment.

Altcoin price is always cheaper than Bitcoin even lose and profits is also bigger than Bitcoin. In coinmarketcap, you could check which coin is top gained. By separating all your money in different altcoins, you could make huge profits from different pump.

when viewed in terms of price, of course altcoin is cheaper compared to bitcoin, but in terms of profit i think bitcoin is far superior compared to other cryptoqurrency. CoinMarcetCap features thousands of cryptoqurrency but the best choice to get huge profits is of course investing with bitcoin.

In my experience, you shouldn't invest altcoins in long term. There are many reasons for altcoins to die or prices will collapse many times when you start buying. I know a lot of people were holding altcoins in 2017 and until now they have lost hundreds of times and considered they have lost all their money. Altcoin's influence on Bitcoins last year was very bad. Indeed the fact that Bitcoin is too cheap and keeps going down finally altcoin season is not happening and all do not move to the ATH respectively.
