I made a 0.024BTC Bitcoin deposit, and it wasn't credited after the first confirmation. I went to the help center to try to find the reason, and could not find any more information. It's also really messy and doesn't seem to be fully updated (they still state that BTC is not supported).

They also have a very crappy policy of a 3% withdraw fee that isn't mentioned on the withdraw page, and only in the FAQ:

Remember that if you’re not an XBM token holder, you pay a commision fee (approx. 2.5%) integrated into the coefficient on the outcome and a commision fee for withdrawing ETH and BTC (3% off the withdrawal amount).

I think it's very unethical to hide such a large and non-standard fee in your help docs. I couldn't find any information on how much XBM I had to hold to not have to pay this commission.

As I write this post, my deposit has received a second confirmation, and is still not credited. It doesn't show up in my deposit history either. The site seems to be very unfinished.

I have a question I always ask, how do you eliminate human control on how bets settle in sports? You need to have very extreme parameters for deciding certain games,,, and someone still has to set those parameters, right? Like boxing maybe, where decisions can be very very contentious or even if matches are forfeited or cancelled, but in certain conditions, a human still has decide in advance what that means (bet settled or returned?). So how do you decentralize that?

They should look into changing their withdrawal fees as 3% is really not competitive among other sportsbooks.
This feature might push away potential players and just go to other known sportsbooks with better services.
They need to adopt and change some features for their site's progress in attracting more players.
