I made a 0.024BTC Bitcoin deposit, and it wasn't credited after the first confirmation. I went to the help center to try to find the reason, and could not find any more information. It's also really messy and doesn't seem to be fully updated (they still state that BTC is not supported).

They also have a very crappy policy of a 3% withdraw fee that isn't mentioned on the withdraw page, and only in the FAQ:

Remember that if you’re not an XBM token holder, you pay a commision fee (approx. 2.5%) integrated into the coefficient on the outcome and a commision fee for withdrawing ETH and BTC (3% off the withdrawal amount).

I think it's very unethical to hide such a large and non-standard fee in your help docs. I couldn't find any information on how much XBM I had to hold to not have to pay this commission.

You need to have very extreme parameters for deciding certain games,,, and someone still has to set those parameters, right? I deposited 0.024BTC, somehow went 4-0 and now have a balance of 0.04404BTC. I purchased 10k XBM token in an attempt to avoid the 3% withdraw fee, as I assumed that holding some XBM would make an XBM holder. Guess there's a hidden minimum somewhere? I wasn't able to find one in the FAQ.

Don't deposit here. They haven't payed my winnings for months now. Plenty of legit casinos/sportsbooks here in the gambling section, just do your research. Good luck.

Why didn't you open a scam accusation thread against betmatch as its been for months already?
You did also say that you are not the only one getting withdrawal problem at betmatch, so I guess you know some of the other users.
It would be helpful for the community if you open a scam accusation thread with valid evidences, so no other users will try this site with their money.
You may ask those other users who get the same problem as you to support your accusation.
Bitcointalk members need to be warned about this if it is true that there is a big problem on this site.

Why would you need to invest on new platforms when there are already many good trusted gambling platforms available. You should not bet on the new site n do not deposit money unless you have some good feedback about them. Don't get greedy seeing their promotions, because they wont be much use if we cannot withdraw from the site.

I'm not trying to invest, I'm trying to deposit. Well I just wanted to test out their platform to look for negative and positive and my experience on playing on this sports betting website though I'm not really going to deposit a big amount of course and I don't also look in promotions not unless the sports betting site is trustworthy and reputable.

I think you should be aware and try to re-read the pages here there's some accusations about this sports betting site and it's a bit shady. I don't think it's a good idea to deposit in this site until the issue is resolved.

Sorry to hear that but if the direct support is not able to help you, I believe you'll get the same in this thread. OP is not active anymore, last active was on June which is more than 2 months now.
Nothing you can do now except hoping and waiting, but I suggest you to create an accusation thread or create a flag against them.
If you have enough proper evidence, this site will be red tagged by DT Members and it will help other people in this forum.

OBVIOUS scam. Pls do not engage with this site. If you don't believe me just type the name into Google and all you see is that scam accusations are real and date back to 2019. This is a snapshot of what I found, but feel free to explore it yourself.
