Inoue vs Casimero will be a great fight. Both boxers have a very even performance. It is very difficult to predict the winner. I would bet on Inoue but it will certainly be a stellar fight. I am concerned that we still do not have the cure against the virus and the United States continues to increase in positive cases for Covid19. With the current situation, the resumption of events and activities is very distant.
It's hard for us who respect both fighters capability, but for people who will just based on the betting odds, they will certainly pick Inoue as he is the heavy favorite in this fight.. if you bet on Inoue, try to review the odds also if you like the return of your winning.

Indeed, I almost forgot that it will be held on April 25. Gosh! Last 2 weeks before the fight and yet the US seems not bringing down the lockdown. I guess we will have another disappointing postponement of exciting fight in the near future . But looking on the bright side, it is good somehow. At least they still have more time to train and make tactics to beat each other. For sure this will be an action packed match, can't wait to watch it .

There's time for training after the pandemic, and for sure, the fight will not be rescheduled right after the pandemic, the promoter are sure gonna give both fighters a chance to train again.

No, it would be insane to do so. Last time i've read that Casimero is just staying in the apartment provided by MP promotions. He kept fit by doing some mitts and they avoid things so that Casimero won't be burn out. Sean Gibbons have said that this fight is rescheduled in June but i think that date is so early given the fact that there are also big fights that were cancelled, venues in Vegas would be a problem also.

Well that would be really insane if they push their fighter to train outside while they already know the risk of getting infected but for sure the trainers know how to handle the situation and do the counter measure so that Casimero will not get jack off for waiting the fight without doing nothing and indoor training is for sure happening at their end. As per latest information gotten i think they rescheduled the fight but hopefully this disease will really end soon so that we can see this exciting bout featuring our kababayan.

Indoor training is no brainer which these fighters will surely consider it out since they do know the situation that anyone should really stay home but we know that boxers do have that routine when it comes to their training.Yeah its hard but its plausible to train while you are on home or on your teams camp. Its better to be preventive rather than risking to go out which would make things more even messy if one of these boxers would be affected. All of us are longing or expecting for this fight just like on other sports as well where everything gets postponed and this one is no exception.

My bet is on Inoue. He’s a very good fighter, his techniques are outstanding. And with a record with 19 wins, it’s hard not to like him.
Most bettors would like Inoue, that's why he is the heavy favorite in this fight. 19 wins is only few compared to his opponents record, but his record is undefeated so it would tell that he really is a good fighter. based on the betting odds, Inoue is the favorite, but I don't think Casimero is an easy opponent.

You are right, it's not hard to like him to win this fight and in fact he is the top dog here. Styles makes a fight as they say and i think that Casimero has that fighting style to beat Inoue here.
Here's more update on Inoue and his plan on his future. Naoya Inoue Staying in Form, Hungry To Still Face Casimero

Upon reading the article, Inoue says that it's possible to take place the fight on Japan as it was safer compare to the USA once the pandemic virus is now controlled or at least minimizes the confirmed cases. It looks like he already gave us a hint of information there that Top Rank is considering shifting into another venue rather than to wait for 100% virus-free at the original venue. Although Inoue used the word "Presumably" so maybe just his opinion? Japan live audiences might not reach the expected revenues that organizers will get in Vegas but as we know, Japan is full support at always on any international venue held on their country. And since it's a home country of Inoue, surely it's gonna be a full pack @ Kōrakuen Hall (this place is the most popular venue for boxing events, also regularly featured as the main event place in the boxing anime 'Hajime No Ippo').

I highly doubt that the government of Japan will allow the boxing match in Tokyo. As per https://covid19japan.com/, Tokyo has the highest cases of Covid-19, so it's not likely that they will simply go there as venue alternative. Besides, I also don't think that Arum will allow that fight to happen in Japan, we all know how Arum works, its all about how big Top Rank can milk this fight. I guess it is Inoue statement alone and not representing Top Rank, perhaps he just blurted it out of frustration because he is eager to go fight the best version of Casimero at this point.

So I guess this match will be put off indefinitely pending the stability of the situation. After all, both Japan and the US are suffering from the blow dealt by COVID-19.

It will be decided once the pandemic virus find the right cure and the fight schedule decided again.

Of course, as a Filipino I will always bet on Casimero, I like the betting odds that Inoue is the favorites here because I am still confidence that Casimero will win and I'll be getting a good odds. We have different opinion especially the majority who side Inoue to win here, but this is me, I support my fellow countryman.

Looks like you guys got mislead. Inoue's thought of relocation is obviously will not take place while the whole world is currently dealing with the pandemic virus. Of course, it should be after and not today. Since Vegas got hit by damage, the fight might not take place there immediately once the virus is manageable. So for an alternative, Inoue thought it might be better in Japan. Although I agree that Top Rank will always consider a bigger market but I'm sure they are considering relocating for the fight to push through. Maybe on the other US States that not got heavily affected. These people are business experts and looking at all sides before executing. Again, not today.

Like what you have said bro, relocating the fight in Japan is only Inoue's presumption and TOP RANK has nothing to do with that statement of him. I have a feeling that Inoue is hesitant to fight outside of Japan with him releasing that statement lol. Anyways, IMHO Top Rank would do it's best to present Inoue to a bigger market which is in Las Vegas and they will do it after this pandemic is over of course.

I dont see any reason for the fight to proceed as long we are still on a pandemic problem. Those are just words but doesnt mean that it should really be done since we know that most countries now are on the same situation (have infected people) so thinking up on where would be the venue for now is somewhat irrelevant but i do agree that Toprank wont really consider for the fight to be held on Japan. Lets wait on what would be the future announcements in regards to this fight.

I don't see any discussion that the fight will push right now that we are dealing with the virus so that issue should be stopped now. There's no such thing as that. If you will read the article shared by bisdak, it's definitely right after the pandemic virus, of course. It's a no-brainer to think that this fight will push in a time like this. Organizers are well knowledge and they know that pushing the fight will not be considered in a time like this. This don't need a discussion actually.

Inoue is really a great fighter and he keeps on improving and improving a lot, and his manager should be proud about the potential of his boxer. Inoue defeated a lot of great players like Donaire, Naoya Inoue is really a monster when he stepped on the ring, he shows no mercy against his opponent that's why I watched him every time he fight. Casimero is also a great fighter and as a Filipino, I will say that I'm with him no matter how strong his opponent his because I believed that Filipinos are brave and legendary when it comes to boxing. Whenever he fight, he is raising a Philippine Flag that serves us his heart. He is dedicated to boxing and I believe that he will win this one. They just need to stay healthy and train without any pressure and fear of getting the virus, they just need some rest and proper training to become prepared when they are ready to fight.
