Hello Altcoin Hunters,

If you look carefully, you will realize that we are mostly promoting crypto projects freely! Like you are promoting 20 bounties but you only receive payment from 5 projects. That's mean we promoted those 15 projects freely, right?

In this new decade, Our payment shouldn't rely on the project's soft cap. If you don't have money to run a bounty campaign then you shouldn't come with a new project! You need promotion, then spend money in bounties. Show the bounty allocation or go through escrow!

Before, every soft cap raised project paid to its hunters, otherwise no! Right now many successful projects are neglecting bounty hunters and treating them as a beggar! So, we the hunters should pull up the handle! As things have changed a lot, so, we have to forget the previous measurement! Let's be strong, and bring back the golden time of bounties, it is needed in crypto industry!

Sadly, i think the "golden time" for bounties may be over nowadays... Too many shit projects, too many hunters
Alot of projects are taking advantage of bounty hunters, making them work for nothing yupp   others yet change the terms after the ICO.
At the same time the competition is rising, more and more people everyday being told they can "strike it rich" doing bounties

Of course bounty hunters aren't beggers, it's of our own free wills we decide to promote any bounty project and there will always be too results joining bounties and that is you either win big or get fucked up, these are bounty rules, you can't expect good results all the time, sometimes it will be bad and sometimes it will be good

I had felt in a position like this, promoting many projects but only some of the projects actually paid. It is annoying but it is a risk for a bounty hunter.

before in 2016 many projects used escrow to pay bounty hunters. there has been a change in the system after 2017 but some are still following the old way. in 2018-2019 a lot has changed, from the reference hardcap then softcap then even though no cap is achieved it is still paid but with high risk (no market).
if you wish, it's better to look for campaigns that pay using eth or btc, not tokens.

what must be returned is not the golden time of the bounties but the investors. the higher the interest of investors in investing in a project, the greater the golden opportunity that will be obtained by bounty hunters. You expect to get an equivalent bounty but don't think about the project you are promoting, are there many investors who are interested or not, if not then you are just promoting a free project (wasting your time)

well, right now there are no more interesting projects and investors have also not found anything interesting so there are no more projects that can be successful, in my opinion to be able to make a project successful then there must be an interesting concept development so that it can make investors interested in and making a good name for a cryptocurrency based project.

sometimes we find fraudulent projects that don't pay, but when we join a project we have to accept whatever happens.
sometimes luck is what makes us fully get big results, and research helps us find projects to follow, and i agree whit this too

Last two years many problem faced by bounty campaign participants, some time joining with worth bounty campaign have higher price coin listed with exchange market but little reward received by bounty hunter and many time distributing coin always delay more than one month and going after coin going down by bounty campaign manager.

Yes, this is sadly true. I don't know what's going on in bounty, why successful project later starts ignoring bounty hunter's payment! Recently I have noticed in DigitalBits, they are successful, partnered with some giant project kike Pundix, but yet Digitalbits admin keeps banning bounty hunters from the main group and ignoring the bounty hunter's question in bounty group! That's why everyone loves BTC paying bounty or a bounty with escrow fund!

Nobody wants to work for free. But is the situation as easy as you said? I do not think so. Sometimes it is difficult to find a solution, even the bounty you trust may scam you. You can accomplish something if you act together. For example, create a group in telegram and share your ideas. Choose the most suitable one and join it.

the fact that we will not want to do work without pay, but in this industry projects pay only with tokens they create and several other projects pay with bitcoin but the amount is very small for projects that pay with bitcoin. so the situation is difficult and sometimes we are also deceived because of misplaced promotion, and indeed we must accept this after choosing at the beginning.

I think stopping to promote the project or not depends on everyone's choice and it is true what you say that the bounty hunter does not lose money but only loses time to promote the project. Every bounty hunter surely knows that the number of new projects that have failed certainly has a big risk, namely the absence of payments made so that what we do is in vain.

So far as there are no specific rules governing the way bounty campaigns are launched on this forum, bounty hunters will always end up promoting Bounty projects for free so far as there are no specific payment system here. Project managers will always take advantage of bounty hunters so far as there is no specific payment option.

sometimes I also think, why don't moderators implement an escrow system so that bounty hunters don't feel disadvantaged because of the many fraud cases? I also hope that the moderator will also care about the bounty hunter and listen to this advice

Yes, you are right. From July 2018 to now, bounty hunters are suffering too much where the bounty is a major part in crypto for every startup project. Low allocation, lockup, scam, dumping by the team are very common in bounties, lots of hunters already left this job for these reasons! The worst scenario is you wait 6-8 months to get bounty payment but after the period, the team again extend the time or start ignoring. I hope bounty hunters will be mature this time, and the crypto market too!

I agree with your opinion, I have experienced where I worked on a project, but the pay was not as promised and I as a prize hunter was not treated well, they also even insulted me as a bounty hunter.

Yes, this industry has grown bigger and we should be aware of that, because when payments cannot be distributed on time the hunters will certainly ask for payment and it looks like a beggar even though in reality it is a payment that must be received by bounty hunters. That's only a waste of our precious time which supposed to be for our family or other important activities. Having no payment from promoting any worthless projects really affected us emotionally, that's why we're getting too stressed after all sorts of hardwork and non sense effort. Instead of complaining about bounty hunters I believe why not this forum take action regarding scam bounties. I think ok forum can implement the rule like escrow should be used for everybody a campaign and the token should be e hold in his own reserve.
Since we have more rusted screws in this forum this can be easily implemented are any escrow valid can be created by the bitcointalk itself to launch the bounty program in this forum at least bounty hunters can get the tokens on time instead of scamming them completely.

You know that it still ends up to the BM and the devs themselves. If their intention was to scam, they don't care any single emotion to those they scammed.
Just do a hardwork, not just in doing what is needed to work in your bounties, but also do hardwork to what you're planning to join at, why and how can you say that you'll leave the bounty with no tears.

There are bounty hunters that were inlove with some project, but they do have lack of marketing so they are just helping it because once it became successful, it's for the success of bounty hunters too, it's not just you are becoming beggar, but of course must depend on the project.

Yeah, that's a fact Broo. Many people around me slandered and accused of fraud on the internet, then at the golden age of prize hunters (2017). Indeed basically have to explain it all to silence the layman's mouth. They do not know "internet magic" and the future of crypto. And those who are new to the bounty program now tend to think short, the fact is that there are too many bots on the bounty thread they are following. Even worse is choosing a random project.

You tell it right, but if we not work on it, not all. it still going and all crypto projects will think us beggars. in this situation many of us are never make a move to change this things and still many of bounty participants do a thing without earning or expect that they receive what should they receive. for me if the forum will make also a move this will change.

You are right in this thread, many team's project treating bounty hunters almost nothing. They always locked the bounty tokens and the worst case is they never distributed it to the hunters. The only solution to this is to escrow all the bounty allocation and some bounty managers did this which is a good thing like Julerz, always escrow the bounty allocation.
