Hello Altcoin Hunters,

If you look carefully, you will realize that we are mostly promoting crypto projects freely! Like you are promoting 20 bounties but you only receive payment from 5 projects. That's mean we promoted those 15 projects freely, right?

In this new decade, Our payment shouldn't rely on the project's soft cap. If you don't have money to run a bounty campaign then you shouldn't come with a new project! You need promotion, then spend money in bounties. Show the bounty allocation or go through escrow!

Before, every soft cap raised project paid to its hunters, otherwise no! Right now many successful projects are neglecting bounty hunters and treating them as a beggar! So, we the hunters should pull up the handle! As things have changed a lot, so, we have to forget the previous measurement! Let's be strong, and bring back the golden time of bounties, it is needed in crypto industry!

Sadly, i think the "golden time" for bounties may be over nowadays... Too many shit projects, too many hunters
Alot of projects are taking advantage of bounty hunters, making them work for nothing yupp Sad  others yet change the terms after the ICO.
At the same time the competition is rising, more and more people everyday being told they can "strike it rich" doing bounties Sad
Yeah, that's a fact Broo. Many people around me slandered and accused of fraud on the internet, then at the golden age of prize hunters (2017). Indeed basically have to explain it all to silence the layman's mouth. They do not know "internet magic" and the future of crypto. And those who are new to the bounty program now tend to think short, the fact is that there are too many bots on the bounty thread they are following. Even worse is choosing a random project.
unfortunately the golden period like 2017 has not been repeated yet. For those who experience that period, of course, they already feel the sweetness of the bounty gift, but if we realize all things there must be anti-climax, and we don't need to think too much. bounty hunters also work, and deserve a prize, because they are part of the project chain

It's up to us a bounty hunter to participate in the bounty campaign even we don't have assurance if the project will be successful. Sometines even the project is really good but hard to follow the regulation they don't have no choice but to stop their project. Hopefully this new decade we see a good /useful project that will give contributions in crypto.

at this time the bounty hunters' trust in the new project has been lost. especially projects that pay their own tokens. because of the effects of 2018 and 2019, which every project always promises to pay big with expensive tokens. but that reality is different. tokens come on shitcoin. has no value, or fails to release on the market. Bounty hunters today prefer quitting, rather than working fruitlessly. it's not a matter of begging or not being paid. but the problem with the price of their coins. so, even though bounty hunters set new standards, for example they have to go through escrow, or can be exchanged directly. that doesn't change the number of scam projects. keep working smart by choosing projects that respect bounty hunters.

You are right in this thread, many team's project treating bounty hunters almost nothing. They always locked the bounty tokens and the worst case is they never distributed it to the hunters. The only solution to this is to escrow all the bounty allocation and some bounty managers did this which is a good thing like Julerz, always escrow the bounty allocation.

That's really the hardest part of bounty hunter, once you are ranting over the telegram over the work that you worked and just asking for your tokens, they will just easily get banned you, telling people that you are creating FUD, when you are just asking when are they going to be listed and when is the distribution.

That is why being a bounty hunter is very risky nowadays unlike before that you can join any bounty as long as it is suitable for you. It involves time and effort which I think are very priceless nowadays. Hope bounty owners allow Escrow compensation as it isn't easy to promote projects these days.

I also missed the golden times where majority of bounty are legit and pays well and all the projects promoted are legit, although there are still projects worth promoting, but there is a long wait of 5 months before you receive and trade it in the market, it's still a hit and miss in bounty hunting.

This is really hard times for bounty hunters, the long wait is unbearable, sometimes I forgot some of the coins I've promoted and sometimes I failed to claim it because of the long wait and so many times these managers change the rule from no KYC to need  a KYC.

If you aren't up for bounty risks then do not participate, remember that rewards from 5 different bounty projects can cover up for the 20bounties you promoted, no risk no reward, you can't keep expecting that all bounties you promote will pay you, crypto space have long changed

Really 5 bounties payment can be able to recover 20 bounties those you are promoting? we have spent the golden moment in the previous years, we know about all of the current bounty pools. If you can participate signature campaign than you will expect something better payment from social media hunters.
You know how much hunters participating in bounties. Don't necessarily to get payment from each and every project.

I like the way OP has the conviction to make bounty hunters stop promoting various projects but what I could say is that, it is quite impossible for bounty hunters to just stop doing the life they had where risk is prominent. In the first place, they couldn't really verify completely if the project is scam or not, probably what they will do is to promote the project not knowing that it is scam. But to the fact that they became scammed, they have option to possible take their reputation and hard work back by counter advertising the project in a negative way.

No one must blame project heads and its development team for having no payment after various bounty promotions. Projects are intended to have investors online hence that would be the success of it. And if bounties wasn't good enough to reach their cap, bounty participants must put any blame on failed bounty projects. I haven't found any succeeded projects that ever neglected paying bounty promoters UNLESS they are scam. How did they treated you like beggar? Its just ironic because bounty hunters like us do promote really for free because we somehow expect to gain something out of their project's freebies. Promoting isn't that hard enough and we shouldn't be blaming those who are capable paying us. Don't generalize. Even I myself do everything just to make even a very little money, so why must I stop? BTW, being beggar is not a bad thing unless you see it negatively.

If the bounty hunter prefers to test the each project one by one, it is up to him to be paid or not in this mess. Therefore, bounty participants shouldn't jump without making prior research. Any team can refuse to pay if the collected amount is lower than bounty allocation.
yes, it really depends on whether he wants to support each project or not. it's just that seeing a potential project is better than doing it. Remember, we are not beggars, because of that, use the knowledge and experience that we use to choose projects that are really willing to pay us. if the project fails, it is a risk of the bounty hunter.

It seems to me that there is no proper effect from the hunters because basically these are people with fake accounts (social networks) who have nothing to do with cryptocurrency. Accordingly, the bountists are like consumables and I don’t understand why to return some status to the hunters because this is a passing job where if you want to work and if not then there will be a replacement quickly.

The question immediately arises - how does the topic starter imagine the situation he is talking about? Is he seriously suggesting that bounty hunters will all immediately refuse to participate in the campaign. There is no unity in the community, nor is there a Union that can defend the rights of bounty hunters.

So, i would ask you this. What are the things should be needed or to be done for that golden time to go back?Im pretty sure that those days are completely gone or already considered to be a dream.
Try to look the current market condition. Its impossible to talk about golden time so its better to accept it rather than stressing out yourself because you do still hope.
I was also a bounty hunter in the past but when the time that i havent paid out by some projects then i completely stop yet soo much time i had wasted because of these things.

Looking for a project that does use an escrow is hard these days. Before it's very essential to see those kind of bounties but things has changed. If the bounty doesn't meet your criteria, don't join them. You have no obligation to join all of them, as long as you are okay with the conditions the bounty you have joined, stay with them. I can understand why many bounty hunters are doing it, joining as many as they can so that the possible paying bounty will increase if they have joined many of them.

but using an escrow in bounty campaign is really possible  ? i havent see one myself  tbh but im the ones that also lurk on the bounties before  . why use escrow when there isnt no coin to escrow yet ? because they dont have thier coins with them or they lock them  . some have the coin already but its not listed yet , so useless to escrow the coin without a value   . joining multiple bounties is the only thing that a bounty hunter can do so that he can increase his luck of getting payed off .

I think as long as the prize hunter does not lose money while participating in a project, then there is no reason not to promote the prize that we are participating in because if not paying it is a risk that must be accepted. sometimes promising projects can not pay and on the contrary not too popular projects that pay bounty hunters. we cannot predict the projects that we follow.

I agree with your opinion during we not lost much money with promoting bounty and ICO project I will run with promote bounty campaign, but check firstly when joining with bounty campaign which one have to join or not. During promoting bounty campaign but their ICO failed because not interested from investor is our risk because their project failed not reach hard cap.

That's the  problem, we can only keep trying or luck as we don't know what will be the outcome of those projects that we are participating with,
But if it's obviously scam why bother to continue participating, if you will only lose your time which you can use to more important things instead
of wasting it with scamming projects.

Yeah it is not fair if the project is successful but the hunters are not paid. There is indeed a project that does this for bounty hunters, which is very disappointing of course and makes us angry! So indeed we have to choose really high quality projects that really will pay the prize hunter correctly. But maybe it is rather difficult to choose a project that is really good, maybe one way is to follow a project that is managed by a manager with high credibility and responsibility to the participants.
