Agreed with this, I don't know what is the basis of the manager why does he accept these people? yes they "should atleast have a 5 merits in last 120days" but it can be considered once their post has a good quality, but then, seeing some of the participants put their "total merit"(so it looks like they have plenty not the "merits they received in the last 3months" user Shallow doesn't have atleast 1 , some of them(almost all of the users stated above) are inactive for a month. Yes maybe some of you will tell me that I am bitter because I did not accepted, well yes why? because there are some people doesn't worth the slot, I am not saying that I am more deserving, but compare to those, I am confidently say YES I AM.

Murat is the worst campaign manager! Maybe those accounts is his alts? The priority of this campaign is shit poster and inactive users, quality poster and active users have no room for this campaign.

There's so many good poster here, but he is only picking shitposter and inactive user. I am very sorry for you, you are not shitposter so you can't be accepted here.

Only Starkovblue on the above list has earned 5 merits during the last 120 days!!!

So this choice is highly suspicious
It must be alt accounts from friends of the BM or from the BM himself.
I don't think David Chaum is aware of that  
If someone wants to earn some merits he should check the merit history of the 27 other participants enrolled, because it's highly shady.

It must be hard being a new signature campaign manager. The first one (24K) didn't go too well and then this. Some previously rejected applicant (I think) already created a thread against you in reputation board for accepting those inactive accounts by the way.
