I do believe the deposit bonus works like the other deposit bonus on most online casinos where your balance + bonus will be locked (unable to withdraw) until you reach the minimum bet. I guess what he mean by minimum bet is wagering requirement, so you need wager xx amount first to unlock your balance if you want to withdraw. Agree that there should be more details about the terms of the deposit bonus and as well as how to claim it because I do not find something like a black column to fill bonus code, so I think this bonus will be credited manually by sending a pm/email to support.

At first I also thought like you that every new user who makes the first deposit will get a 25% bonus that is accumulated directly on the balance. But the minimum betting requirement imposed by the site to be able to open a bonus are effort to prevent user from registering an account and make a first deposit and withdraw all their balances without making a bet. I did experience the same when I participated on the previous roll hunt contest. It seems that there is a delay before all your best get into the bet history tab. What I did previously was by keep on refreshing/reloading the page. Have you tried it? If nothing happens after reloading the page, then there must be something wrong with the site. It was working on my end sometime ago so hopefully it will work on your end too.

Edit: After looking around the chatroom, seems that there is something need to fixed on the bet history and Casineos said that it will be fixed soon today.

So I just think those pages are still under construction and Casineos teams would update it when they are ready to publish.

The question is, which giveaway winning they are referring to as I did not get any giveaway winnings? If they are referring to the previous contest, how can it affect my deposit that I made after the contest?

Thanks buddy, appreciate your help. Just a suggestion for this case, if there is indeed something need to be completed by players due to giveaway winnings or maybe other bonus (deposit). It will be better if casineos do not process withdrawal request, simply give a notification message that players need to wager xx amount first before able to request a withdrawal. So player's funds wont stuck like what I'm experiencing at the moment.
