I’m happy to hear this, thank you Lafu for sharing this news, although it took years of searching so far, and I don’t know the reason behind all this delay.
First of all i am not involved in all that kind of stuff and there are still some things that i dont know about all that Scam and how things has worked out.
As i mentioned i know this Guy personal , and i know others or a lot of people that was falling into this trap.
Saddly i warned a lot people of that whole thing as from the converstions i had with him and all about the whole MLM thing.
Nobody of them has listen to me back in the days even when i have done some research.
There was already a negativ record on that guy where they tried to making like a mining Farm in Germany and the sheme was the same.
They tried and looked for some or a lot of investors for that , and it was the same here Investors got scammed.
From what i know the problem was that the Company wasnt financially registered in Germany it was in the UK.
As there the law is otheres as it is in Germany that was the rabbit whole , and it was the same with the last Company
cmmtrevolution.comI dont know exactly how they managed to by pass the laws and all the things , but i know that they have a speciall contact in the Law section that they worked with.
I hope the harshest punishment is given to this scammer "Patrick K," who left behind thousands of victims who lost their amounts, so he can serve as a lesson to others.
I also hope that the victims will be able to recover their losses. This is an important lesson for many to do their research before using a new exchange or platform because scammers are everywhere, and they are heavily targeting this sector.
There are so many victims over all the world not only in Germany , and saddly i guess that they dont will be getting that back what they have invested.
When only 50% of all that People would be listen to me about that it is Scam that would be safed a lot of Peoples Money and loses.
I tried my best back in the Days to warn a lot People , and again saddly they wasnt present here on the Forum.
I still feel a bit uncomfortable about it as i was thinking a lot of times to reach out to the police and give them some hints.
But the problem was that i dont was effected personal from that at all from the Scam.
Also i know the Family of him and they are all good and had nothing to do with that.
Will keep you up to date with that whole case for sure , for now drom what i know he is still custody of the spain police.
And at some stage he should be given over to the German Law and police.
