we would like to inform you that the update on Sunday, 05.07.2020 led to delays in the booking of the returns generated last week. The booking of the returns is already in progress and will be completed on Tuesday, 07.07.2020 at the latest.
Outstanding and not executed payouts, which were requested up to and including Sunday, 05.07.2020, have been booked out by the update and will be processed by our programmers in the next 10-14 days and cleanly booked back into the accounts. After our programmers have completed the processing, we make sure that the usual payment cycle is implemented in time and confidently.
