Little Mouse also brought the campaign without escrow before. TMAN gave him tag,because there was no escrow funds. Still he didn't learn from his previous mistakes. This time he opened a signature campaign thread without being confirmed from the team. It's so funny how he opens the thread without being confirmed by the team a week before? What it means to waste the time of others. He could not be a professional manager. This kind of unprofessional work doesn't do any good manager.

I am sorry to say that Eurogamblers has postponed the launch. I am apolozise to everyone who applied for wasting their time. Also wasting Hhampuz time once again. There's a different story too which I wanted to keep secret.
The team contacted me last year 2019 and asked me escrow 1 BTC for running a campaign but later they disappeared and no contact for a long time.
They have come back some days ago. This time, I was also involved with the team. I mean I was also a part of the team. That's something else but now I am not anymore a part of the project.
It seems team is now again thinking launching the project without me, they have postponed the launch. They indirectly kicked me out of the team.
This is a lesson for me. I will not launch a campaign without being 100% confirmed.
Once again, I am apolozise to everyone.

I don't see how it's greedy. I'm also a little confused on how much time was really wasted by people applying. Looks like Little mouse and Hhampuz are the only ones who would have lost any real amount of time. I don't se that people were required to wear a Sig or Avatar to apply - doesn't look like they were available. There seems to be more to the story with them having been a part of the team, that seems reasonable to begin launching the campaign application process if as a team member it was decided to proceed the following week.

Now they aren't a team member and it sounds like it will launch down the road sometime. Which looks like again a loss for Little mouse. Shit happens and they appear to have learned a lesson in how to conduct their campaign management services.

while I agree it was a huge mistake for him to open the thread without confirming funds or an escrow, I don't feel this thread is necessary. 

He jumped the gun bigtime. No sigs were posted, noone had to change anything on their profile, noone did anything except apply. So really it was a loss of under 1 minute per user, minus whatever communication was spent with Hhampuz.

Members can now see by what happened with this campaign to not waste their time applying unless funds are confirmed from here on out.

Kinda sad how members are so quick to try and ruin others here. Some circumstances call for neg rep and ~ or even flags, but not this one.

Personally, I do not support this topic appearing here   Although there were a few issues surrounding the campaign he was launching, there were no significant losses   running a campaign without escrow  is sometimes not the fault of the manager, it is also the personal opinion of the head of the project, the choice was made by the manager, he can take the risk and accept it, anyway, that campaign is okay.
This time, he was in a hurry, but objectively, the signature was not provided, so the participants did not need to change the signature and suffered no losses. Participants only take a moment to post the application, no problem at all.

This happened due to his inexperience, but not too bad to be called stupid

I applied there and it took me less than a minute submitting my username and address. I could be a busy person but I didn't think my time was completely wasted doing that. I am also aware that funds were not escrowed yet so that's on my part. What's more important to me is that Little Mouse was transparent from the beginning. He also did not give false hopes by accepting applicants into the campaign.

I don't know if he is greedy or stupid, but if I were in his place, I wouldn't create campaign thread with holding funds or without escrow. I simply ask the team if you don't want trust me with fund then well, please use trusted escrow from the forum. But it seems that he is often in a hurry. Doesn't matter if he don't want to hold fund or don't want to use escrow, that risk goes to him. On his last campaign also he was on hurry and got tag by TMAN, but after he hold fund for participants. This should be a lesson for him.

However, he is already apologised on his thread, he is ruining his own reputation by this way, not necessary to highlight again. This isn't something to punish since there were not requirements of wear signature. But really this is unprofessional behaviour, it was not necessary to make thread before 5 days. Since it was high pay rate good participants could be choose within 24 hours.

Lol, the moment I saw his apologize, I knew something like this will likely come up probably from those that have one or two issues with him or his style of management (probably those he has rejected on one or two occasions from participating in the campaigns he managed). He's a new manager and will definitely develop himself into one of the best on the forum with time only if he's willing to learn from both his and others mistakes. It's quite normal for mistakes to be made early in your career than making those mistakes in future that'll cost you big time.

Like other have emphasize, no one was harmed here except the hopes of the applicants, most especially after bitcoin just crossed $10,000. Accepted users would most likely been receiving $250+ worth BTC by next week considering if bitcoin stay above it's current price but nevertheless, just hope he learn from his mistake and make himself better.

I'm locking the thread. Because no one was harmed in his campaign. Everyone's comment was clear, it was a mistake by him. Hopefully he will be more careful in the future.
