I really wish PPFD and the platform we play on is something we should ever vote on to change...unless there's an overwhelming will of the league to do so, say 80%-90%.

PPFD leagues are quite rare and i think it's what makes our league unique and special. Without severely undervaluing running backs in favor of wide receivers, it's also what actually helps NFL teams win...and that is moving the chains.

Yahoo has carried us for the past three years without any problems, zero. Everything you need for a simple redraft league you got it..."if it ain't broke, don't fix it", no?

And we want to throw years of historic data/stats, past championships for what exactly? What does Sleeper have that Yahoo does not? Animated gifs, ability to give your player nicknames, auto subs? It's a fucking gimmick for zoomlets.

For someone like me who is a 70:30 web vs app user, i prefer to analyze data and do things on a larger screen rather than my phone. If you play on an ultra-wide monitor, the chat box (WHICH YOU CANNOT TURN OFF OR EVEN MINIMIZE) + left side panel takes 70% of the screen space. WHYYYY?  Everything league-related it crammed into the tightest of spaces. Outside of the mock drafts and drafts in general, i find Sleeper's desktop user experience to be extremely bad and unpleasant.

For me personally, yahoo is cancer. The ads, the pre-rolls in drafts, the god awful design, the difficulty in finding simple things (I remember having to scroll through endless pages to find something in seasons past).

I moved all my fantasy stuff to sleeper and that is the only place I will play moving forward (from last year). I have no issue with not playing here, or you guys sticking with yahoo - I have other leagues! I just bring it up each year to see if a switch is possible, some others here have started using it and like it too so it can't hurt to at least ask. I should have been a little more active and got this squared away last week but I didn't expect it would turn into a clusterfuck.

So if anyone has a player to recommend say so.

I think if no-one has an issue with it then we can Plan on Wed night 9pm EST ?

If thats bad for anyone then speak up and we can adjust.

I have a buddy I can invite if need be but would rather have a BCT member.

I was literally going to go out and grab another phone today just to use this sleeper crap. I think I will anyway just for the Pickem league anyway.

Funny timing too, my buddy just msged me he forgot to delete the league we dropped out of (collusion last year, in a free league for fun no less !!!) and I asked him if he'd be interested. He's in a lot of leagues every year, and his response was not what I would say ecstatic.

I forgot to delete our old league team and it drafted over the weekend and I have an AI picked crap team! 😂

Oh, my bad. I thought we were at 11 struggling to get to 12. I'm perfectly happy with a 10-man league. I did PM homer, hopefully he replies positively. He's an all-around good guy with a great sense of humor (trying to butter him up in case he's reading this) and would fit in perfectly with our cast of characters.

So we have 3 people trying to recruit at least 1 player each. If we are successful that will put us at 12. But like I said, 10 is fine with me if that's what it comes down to.

im fine with the draft time. I am a little disappointed at how last minute this is. Feels a little like my kid and getting him to turn in his college assignments, always last minute.
