DO NOT VISIT THE WEBSITE OF CRYPTO2MINING - it is infected with a malware downloader:My theory is that Timothy Cullen has no idea about the scammy activities of the actual people behind this operation, he may not even be aware that he is appointed in the first place as there are a couple of clues which suggest his registration as the Director and Shareholder are not set up quite right (I won't divulge as it is a frequent mistake that scammers are inclined to make when doing this).
In any event, OP, I believe you are correct, promineruk.com is a scam and I have tagged their account and
raised a flag accordingly.
