There is no fixed time once I sleep sometimes I sleep early and sometimes I sleep in. However most of the time it's 1 or 2 o'clock but within the morning it's too late to urge up so there's tons of talk reception.

Nobody can sleep for 4 hours per night, that's not enough for your brain to rest. Better find a new job because such conditions could harm you. Personally, I think that's individual I mean sleeping for 7-10 hours. You should ask your parents how much do they sleep and try, well, the same hours.
The sweet spot is usually 7 hours; sometimes your body will "wake" you up even if you don't set any alarm 7 hours is so little for my body. If I am tired and I sleep only for 7 hours then it will be very hard to operate during the next day. My body usually requires 8-10 hours of sleep in order to be fully functional.

I think we need about 5-6 hours sleep. Because our body need rest and it need to recover.According to the doctors they said human need to get 6 hours of sleep in daily life.

Nowadays since we are under quarantine?my sleeping time changes because of our daily habit change as well.
now we are still awake even early in the morning so we sleep sometimes 3am or later.
but on normal days?when the Corona is not here?i sleep at least the latest is 11pm.

I work shifts hours, so it depends. Sometimes I'm pulling an overnighter (from night to morning) and therefore I sleep during the day. Other times I'm on an average regular schedule 9-5

Shifts cannot let you enjoy a stable sleep schedule. If you are able to change swifts by week and not by day then this stabilizes for a while your sleeping activity. Otherwise, you are losing energy and being somehow unproductive if you don't sleep well.

What time do you go to bed? What time do you usually get up? How much time do you have for sleeping? I heard that some people (like Elon Musk) sleep for 4 hours in order to have more time to do things during the day. Is it dangerous to health?
I worked some bounty in this forum after finish my work then i go to the bed. Although i watching some movie with song then sleep. Actually i never sleep in day time because always i have many work in my real life.

A healthy strong person needs 6 hours of sleep daily I usually sleep for 7 to 8 hours. As you have rightly suggested 6 hours of daily sleep is beneficial for doctors. But at night I sleep at about 12 o'clock But I wake up very late in the morning

There is no fix hours to sleep. Everyday I go to sleep at 12 mid-night. But I wish I could work whole hours at night. My body has a limitation. Everyone accept that. Internet has no day or night. Most of the jobs and micro tasks are found mainly during the window of 6 pm to 12 am as I experienced. This is because mostly Asian and African people are engaged in micro earning sites. Western people in USA and Europe are likely active at GMT +6 to GMT +00 but less traffic on their time.

4 hours is way way down the recommended hours by a doctor which must be at the 7-8hr range daily. Im a busy guy and during weekends I find time to really rest because during weekdays, it's always chaos.

If we don't get enough sleep our body becomes worse. But due to the busyness of the night i'm going to sleep many nights When the workload is low I attempt to nod off at 10 but most of the time i'm 1pm.

Honestly I really don't know my time of sleeping. I only sleep when I'm actually sleepy I always get myself bz on games, streaming movies/videos and the most of it here on bitcointalk.
I'm always lack of sleep maybe because its my daily routine. 4 to 5 hrs of sleep is enough for me.

I'm pretty sure that 8 hours of sleep is still the norm. But of course depending on your number of jobs and working hours will affect your sleeping hours. Personally, I take a a lot of Vitamins C and, making sure that I stay healthy.
