I don't have any specific time for my sleep,
I take care of my baby so I would sleep whenever I could.
Even before we have a baby that is how I live I would sleep when I feel sleepy no matter what time it is.

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I usually go to bed at 11pm local time where I live. I don't sleep too late because it's very unhealthy. I wake up at 6 am, I have about 7 o'clock to sleep.

For a long time I have been trying to sleep shorter but somehow it does not work. Usually I go to bed at 23-24 and get up around 9 so I sleep too long but I can't handle it. I wonder how I can sleep shorter.

No specific time before I take rest for the day. Depends upon how quickly my work is done, if feeling bored will watch something or read something and if that gets interesting then will sleep later. So, at times I sleep early if tired or just nothing to do at times and at times its very early morning end up sleeping.

This is really good and ideal you can go on bet at 11 but sadly in last one decade I am fail to do this because mostly I have to sleep at 4 AM or 5 AM just because of this I am facing some serious problems which need to fix but its not going to good for me for very long time.

I usually sleep around 10pm but most time I try to sleep earliest but I find it difficult even though if I try. Sleeping early is very helpful to the overall health.

I usually go to bed at 11 pm. Sometimes I like to stay up late if there is an unfinished project.

Maybe telling us why can help you out in some point.

There are reason for us not having sleep till this late ,but at least those are valid and not just lurking around until that time.

Sleeping for 4 hours is definitely dangerous. Whenever i sleep that little i feel like whole day is wasted, I can't focus and be productive as much as when I'm rested well. For me the norm should be at least 7 hours of sleep.

It really depends from the day. My work time is dynamical and there are days that I'm going to bed in 22:00, there are days that I'm going to bed in 03:00 and i try to sleep more than 6/7 hours.
For Elon he is genius and he can do whatever he wants Cheesy but i don't think 4 hours are enough !

I guess that depends on how much rest/sleep your body needs. If my body feels well rested and energetic at night, I usually do not bother myself with too much sleep. Besides, that is good time for me to do certain works without too much distractions

I mostly sleep with that long and sometimes even lesser. But us being adults, we're having that experience because of responsibilities and things that we have to do.

I also feel like that, tired and easily angered when lack of sleep. That's why if you can take as much sleep as you can with the right time, do yourself a favor by doing it.

I go to bed around midnight and get up at exactly 7 in the morning. If I need to get up at 6 am, then I try to go to bed at 11 pm. Truth at 23 does not always work out.

I usually go to bed at eight o'clock in the evening. Because my daughter needs to go to bed early, I usually sleep with her when I coax her to sleep.
how sweet , I missed the time when My daughter wanted the same thing when she was a little girl.

But now that she's grown up , we only have some small talks before sleeping.

I don't have a fixed time to sleep. Because I am a freelancer, I work differently every day, so I sleep differently every day, but the sleep time is still guaranteed.
Of course we need to sleep lol , even what time it is.

I often go to bed at ten o'clock in the evening. I get off work at six o’clock every day, and then go home to have dinner and clean up the room until it’s eight. Then I need to accompany my dog for a walk, and wash up and go to bed after returning.

The perfect sort of timing I would say as early to bed and early to rise just the great thing to do if one can mange to do it. Also, I hope you do get time for some exercise as in evening its nice you go out for a stroll with your dog so this helps you. Ensure some or other activity you do daily just rather than making your life monotonous.

I don’t sleep regularly every day, and I don’t know why I can’t fall asleep every time I want to go to bed earlier, I can’t fall asleep at night, and I can’t get up in the morning.

I usually go to bed at ten o’clock, but I usually don’t go to bed until about twelve o’clock. Sleep time is about seven or eight hours. I get up at about eight o’clock in the morning. I think everyone’s acceptable sleep time is different. The time period you feel comfortable is fine.

I sleep seven hours a day. If it is less than seven hours, I cannot get up the next day, so I drink a glass of milk and go to bed every night.
